Our cute waiter Jason was so nice to us and offered amazing service. it was my first time at Ruby Tuesday and not gonna lie the food was hitting!!!! The atmosphere was calm even though it was a Tuesday night! would definitely come back again! read more

Service was not that great, food came out a little cold. During Covid the salad bar is not open, the salad bar is awesome. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table outside in the cold. Even though the food came out cold it was pretty good in flavor. read more

3.5 stars! This is a chain restaurant, so I set my expectations low before I even walked in the door. No wait or crowd on a Saturday night? Never a good sign but I ventured in anyway. The hostess greeted me soon as I walked in and showed me to my table. The booth was a little worn but I was expecting that based on the previous reviews. The waiter I had was great! He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was pleasurable. I had asked for my meal to be prepared a certain way due to a dietary restriction and the kitchen didn't disappoint! I also had a Ruby Relaxer which was very, very good. My experience here was not too bad considering all of the bad reviews. If I'm ever in the area again, I will consider returning to this restaurant. Even if it's just for a Ruby Relaxer!! ;) read more

GENERAL MANAGER!! DISTRICT MANAGER!! CORPORATE please read this. My server today is TRINITY working by herself, serving 12 tables alone right now. (Which is your entire bar area) And she is doing it quickly, professionally, and has an amazing attitude. TRINITY is running food, cleaning tables, seating everyone and asking everyone if they want appetizers, taking their orders, asking if they want desert and literally filling drinks before anyone asks. Sounds basic right? We'll ask the servers who didn't show up to help TRINITY today if they're working as hard as her today. Also mike "the bartend" was really solid he held his own but sorry bro Trinity kinda ran circles around you but I see you were handling the bar and Togo orders. read more

Burger was not very good. Desert had to be sent back. Some kind of ice cream that you would need a chainsaw to eat. Service was very good

At first, I looked up some of the reviews and thought it wouldn't be a great eating place. However, I decided to ignore those and I did a great decision! The service 10/10, the food 10/10! Before I leave NJ, I'll definitely come back here one more time. Shout-out to Wilfredo, the waiter that attended me and my family and who made our experience 100% better. Thank you! Y'all, this is a HAVE to. Hope you enjoy as I did! read more

My first time at Ruby Tuesday and I must say I was actually pleased. I worked with my friend Chris B. a few days ago and he treated me to a nice dinner at Ruby Tuesday. Isn't that sweet? With much convincing, I was also able to get him to join yelp. (He's on my friend list with his dog Tyson) He ordered the Salmon dinner with Tortilla soup and I had the Endless Salad Bar. I thought it was good and I'd definitely eat here again. Our waitress was very friendly and our Iced tea refills were given without being asked. I thought the food portion sizes were pretty good and the prices are reasonable. I've had better salad bars though. For the same price I could go to Sweet Tomatoes, but then again I can't complain. I didn't pay for dinner, so I'm grateful. :-) read more

For our last meal in Jersey, this was our only other option...either here, or go back to Applebee's...lol! Plus, it was right next to the hotel and it was pretty cold, so shorter walk. Friendly greeting when we walked in, they sat us at a booth off to the side. The only problem I had was that each time the door opened, that cold air blew through, even though we weren't near the door. Our server was friendly but his delivery was so scripted...not much personality. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was a twist off. He didn't even poor it. I know this is a chain, but some wine service skills should be given. The chicken flat bread pizza was great! Although, when we asked the girl who delivered it to bring us some small plates, she brought us some that just came out of the dishwasher...they were still wet. I ordered the Cajun jambalaya pasta with shrimp, chicken, and andouille sausage. This was very good with just the right heat. The partner didn't fare too well with the parmesan chicken pasta. I think the Swiss cheese is what kills it. We also ordered the Blondie because they were out of two others. This was good, came with vanilla ice cream. Overall, this place is fine for a decent meal. Service is cordial. It is the little things that do make a difference. This would probably be the only time I'll ever eat at an RTs. Come to find out an old friend lives 10 minutes away. He could've saved us! read more

The only reason why I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars is because I actually did not eat here. I placed an order to go, the girl on the phone was very helpful. She kindly told me exactly where to go to pick up my order. It took about 10-15 minutes for my food to be ready, as soon as I got there it was already waiting for me. It had all the utensils I needed (I hate places that don't give you utensils when your ordering out) Will definitely order from here again read more

Oh boy. Ordered NEW item on the menu: Parmesan chicken Mac and cheese. Literally the most disgusting meal I had in years. I knew not to expect too much from Ruby Tuesday but still. The pasta was overcooked, some type of liquid "cheese" that tastes sour. Chicken was a bit better, I was able to eat that and a plain breadstick. I would suggest ordering anything else from anywhere else. This place was the closest to the hotel. Should have walked further...... read more

Hi Friends, After a long day of shopping at the mall Jersey Mall which happen to be located opposite the restaurant.I Was excited to check out Ruby TUESDAY.The food was okay cheeseburger and fries. The ambiance was sad place looked closed from the outside.the hostess was more concerned about updating Facebook or meta instead of being a hostess. To the hostess Pardon the interruption ! The waitress was the grand prize 1. Surly 2. Attitude 3. And The trifecta rude! . Friends you have a choice to enjoy a great meal with a great atmosphere for dining. This is NOT the place. D read more

I went there Sunday night with some coworkers. Our server came by 15 min after we were seated and wrote down the wrong items. Our appetizers came 15 min after we placed our order and our main dishes came 40 min later. The steak tacos were served with the meat being really hard and the pasta another coworker ordered was cold in the middle. Our server gave my coworker a seafood pasta dish when she asked for a chicken Broccoli and he gave her the right dish ACROSS the booth wall (in the pic inserted). We had to ask the hostess for our bill because our server never checked up on us during our meal. Turns out he was seated on the booth behind us listening to our conversation about how poor the service was. When he gave us our check he told us to "not do anything stupid". In the end we never got the servers name. read more

I love the new look and my Waitress Latrese was great , very friendly and fast the food was hot and delicious. My family will be back soon

It was close and good basic food. Service was good amd drinks were cold. I would go back as it was as expected.

This is the worst service I have experienced. I have gone 3 times in one week and only had decent service one of those times. Waiting 1/2 hour after ordering and not receiving anything one of those time I just walked out. The food is ok. read more

Service was 5 star, ask for Christina!! Food was 3 stars. The loaded grits were hard. The Texas rub & hog heaven ribs were pretty good, fall off the bone tender, but the bacon had to be redone & cooked well! The Thai phoon shrimp were nice and (temperature) hot, but the presentation was poor. The signature cocktail had very little Alcohol & the chocolate cake, though decadent, was only average. I ordered from here on Postmates and got food poisoning. Gross. I should have read the reviews first.

The food wasn't cooked correctly but that's not on the server. Manager had no customer service skills or any help any resolving the issue. Restaurant not the cleanest. Will definitely not be back. Ruby Tuesday has declined I see why they are shutting them down. This one should definitely be closed. read more

I know this chain isn't a steak house. However, I tried a ribeye early this evening and was shocked at the horrible piece of supposed meat that was served to me. Fatty doesn't do the cut justice. It was deplorable and as tough as a leather belt. Great bar tender, but he didn't even question as to why I only ate two bites. He quietly took my full plate away and accepted my tip for the excellent cocktail he made. Full service is expected at these chains, but it didn't happen at this particular one. Disappointing to say the least. I don't expect a five star meal, but I do expect an edible one... read more

Poor quality of food at this visit. Family of 5. Coffee was lukewarm, food entrees came out in installments inspite of 2 managers on the floor. Food was not fresh-and small portions for the prices. read more

The food was good but bar service was awful. We found it very difficult to get drink refills or anything that was asked for. After a coworker asked 3 times for a refill the bar tender got an attitude. It took someone else who was helping out to actually get the drink a few minutes later. The service bar wasn't very busy but they were unable to function very efficiently so the bar customers suffered from what I could tell. Just bad attitude from several people. I'd recommend finding another spot to have dinner and drinks read more

It's understandable that the restaurant cannot run their salad bar. Even though I was excited about it I get it. However my meal there was severely lacking. My drink glass was filthy enough I didn't bother ordering another because I didn't trust the cleaning methods anyway. The chicken burger was 80% breading. Dry. Just not good. The onion rings fit the same description. I used to enjoy Ruby Tuesday night hen they were in the Portland area. I think I just ate my last meal at the chain however. read more

Beer SNOB review Only: They have NO craft beer (IPA or Pale Ale) on draft. They only offer craft beers in a bottle. Upon hearing this - I said goodbye and thank you - and walked out. I've been staying at a nearby hotel. Twice I went there and both times they had the salad bar closed. The first time was at 6pm the second time was around 1pm. Both times there were just a handful of people there so I'm guessing the lack of their signature endless salad bar isn't new. The second time I walked out. Without the salad bar there's no reason to pay for their over salted food. read more

We chose this restaurant as it was convenient next to our hotel. The server was very friendly and attentive. I got the pick three which included choice of appetizer, meal and dessert. I had the pretzels, chicken tenders and chocolate cake. Everything was good. This is within walking distance to a bunch of hotels in the area. A lot of choices in the menu and large selection of drinks. My friend had salad bar and said there was slot of selections and included soup but you have to ask for it as it's not a salad bar. Great friendly service. I recommend this chain restaurant. read more

Good food. Ordered the fajitas for $7.99. Good flavor on the shrimp & onions/peppers. Salad bar was decent. Only bad thing is that I bit into a hard piece of plastic in my salad. Other than that, great experience. The manager was understanding & comped the salad for me. read more

Ordered a burger and chicken Caesar salad for pickup. Went to pick it up after 20, had to wait 15 additional minutes for the chicken to be cooked. Took the food back to my hotel, the burger had gotten a little cold I guess while I was waiting. Got fries with it instead of the tots I had ordered. All no big deal. The Caesar salad had maybe 4 little pieces of Parmesan cheese, no croutons, and no dressing. I get places are short staffed etc etc but put a little bit of effort into it please. Total waste of $30. Order elsewhere. read more

A very simple order: Cheeseburger and fries. The burger was ordered "medium rare" but was rarely even cooked. The fries were so salty, they were inedible and, I was given mustard, not ketchup. And, no napkins. Food was cold and the restaurant is literally across the street from the hotel. Looking forward to leaving NJ soon. Never frequented Ruby Tuesday's, Applebee's, Chili's chains specifically for this reason. LOW QUALITY! Below 1 star for this place. Should have waited for the hotel restaurant to open. read more

Definitely not fresh food, food tasted like it came right out of microwave. Not sure if these businesses received government $ for Covid but they definitely didn't use it towards the restaurant or upkeep of it. Dirty walls, and old furniture for seating. Wouldn't recommend it. Don't waste your money. Gets 1 star because the waiter was nice. Otherwise they would've gotten a zero star rating. read more

The restaurant was about 80% EMPTY and the hostess said there was a 20 minute wait. She said that I could sit a the bar right away. I sat at the bar for more than 15 minutes and was completely ignored. The girl working the bar walked past me several times without ever acknowledging my presence like I was invisible. She spent most of her time hand drying glasses. Horrible service! Zero customer skills! I left the shit show and went next door to IHOP and had great service. read more

The Salad Bar is the high point of this restaurant. Everything went down from there. Wait, not everything, the hostess and our server were friendly and courteous and attentive. The building is worn and tired, and in dire need of refurbishment. The dining room chairs were dirty and have not been cleaned in a long time. The men's room was dirty and in need of service. How dirty, you ask? I could smell the bathroom odors from more than 20-feet away, as I approached. I could not get any hot water from the faucets in the men's room. I am a firm believer in what happens in the public areas of a restaurant (i.e., restrooms, dining rooms, bar) is what happens in the private areas (kitchen, walk-in freezer, store rooms, pantry). If the front of the house looks and smells like this, what do you think the back of the house is like? Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday. One Star. read more

I walked into the restaurant and I found the greeter seating in the waiting area, seat's, I asked for table and was told no tables were available, but I could go to the bar area. I went to the bar area where there was tables available in the bar area with people seating at the tables and at bar. So I took a seat at a table to only get chastise for sitting at a table from the greeter, I'm 60 y/o & brown color and greeter is about 18 y/o she was brown of color also was rude to me. I noticed the majority of the restaurant was white and all the brown people who entered the restaurant were given the option to sit at the bar to order their food to go. That greeter waited on me, slammed my plate on the table without any eating utensil's and napkins. I was rushed to pay bill before asking me if I wanted any desert. I would not go back ever!!! read more
