Talk about bang for your buck! Fresh off the plane, my cousin recommended we eat here since they have healthy food and great portion sizes. We walked in and were greeted promptly. I was surprised at the amount of space there was considering it's in a strip mall. Scouring the menu, I noticed they had tons of healthy options. I debated between the shrimp and chicken, but ultimately decided on #28, blackened chicken breast with brown rice and veggies. I asked if I could substitute the veggies for peppers and they were happy to accommodate. We went to Walgreens so she could pick something up and our order was ready by the time we came back. When I opened my bag, I was shocked at how big the platter was. If portioned correctly, you could easily get 3-4 meals. Kudos to them for not skimping on the protein because there was plenty abound. Before I left, they asked if I wanted any sauces. I told them I'd like teriyaki and they gave it to me in this large container. I took two bites (before I put it on) just to see if it was seasoned. The chicken was but the rice was plain, so I decided to go ahead and add it. I noticed the consistency was more of a liquid and it tasted like soy sauce. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my meal and the generous portions. I'll for sure be back next time I'm on the island. read more

Came here for lunch one Saturday and I got the grilled chicken strip salad, a side of fruit salad, and a water. I ate in and to my surprise my meal was served on paper plates. You know, the ones you purchase at the grocery store for a bbq. The salad was good. I can't complain about that. I didn't eat the fruit because the paper plate was so soggy from the water in the fruit it was falling apart. I HIGHLY recommend investing in better quality dishes to serve food. I eat salad at many places in the city. The salad usually comes in a cardboard or plastic BOWL. My fruit is usually in a bowl or a cup! Not on a paper plate. HOWEVER, their service SUCKS, the staff could really use a Customer Service training course for about 3 years. Portions are way too small--sometimes smaller than my fist and I have small hands--for those who are wondering and may think I'm a greedy hungry slob. Feeling the absolute need to go immediately, I trooped over there that night and shared a balsamic mushroom wrap and a grilled skirt steak fajita wrap. For some reason, I didn't see the delivery option on Yelp, so I called, and they confirmed they delivered. The delivery was fast. I had to call back to pay via credit card before the delivery and they were courteous and knowledgeable. The burgers were fresh. The sweet potato fries were among the best we've had. I have ordered and ate at Call It A Warp for many years now. I have never endured anything like this before in regards to their service. I ordered a chicken and rice soup, the distance I traveled to is 0.7 miles... a 4 minute drive. I took the soup out of the bag and due to it being extremely hot the led melted and the soup exploded everywhere, including my leg. I called to explain to them the situation and was mocked and laughed at as whoever answered the phone was discussing it with another co-worker. The girl who I was speaking with said... verbatim "What would you want us to do? You want a new soup or something, like what? I don't get it." I will never do business with them again. They need to hire professional individuals who are answering the phones or do a better job training their staff on costumer service. I picked up the new soup, again, explained and attempted to show the girl what the soup led looked like for her to not show any emotion or a care in the world. Full disclosure I have no problems with the food but they need to change whoever works there ASAP. We ordered food for delivery and when I asked the delivery driver for change because it is up to ME to determine how much I would leave him as a tip he just laughed. I have literally NEVER had that happen before. As a delivery driver you should be grateful for anything anyone gives you. When I tried to tip him he just walked away as if he is "too good" for a tip. Great place for healthy wraps. They have a wide selection of wraps to choose from. I usually go in being so indecisive on what to get. I like their steak wrap as well as their ostrich parmigiana wrap. The ostrich wrap tastes similar to beef. All wraps come with a salad and dressing. I also see them sell protein shakes and chips by the cashier. I always leave this place with a satisfied stomach. I'm well aware of the many wrap selections they have but I can't seem to get enough of this. I also don't think I'll be trying anything different anytime soon.
