I'm a long-time GNC customer, having given them thousands of dollars over the years in many different states, and I always get great service elsewhere... so this one got me fired up, folks. The woman working here is completely and frustratingly ineffective. She didn't greet me when I came in and couldn't answer wether or not they even had one of their main products. She had no knowledge of what it was nor what it did. To make matters worse, she was still fielding phone calls from family members while she was supposed to be helping me find my product. When I showed her a picture of the product on my phone she looked up in her inventory, and realized she didn't have it. This is my third bottle of the stuff... it's always at other locations. I told her what it was she started sliding me bottles of what she thought had similar characteristics, saying "this one's good" then another, "this one's good", then another, "this one's good"... she had no idea. She even mixed a sleep aid in there somewhere cause the bottle branding looked similar. Then she couldn't get the computer to pull up my account to credit me my pro discount. So she recommended me to "use your email, on your phone". After a tediously long line of questioning to discover what that even meant, I said no, asking her to please figure out how to pull it up on the computer like every time I've gone to a GNC. After 3 more minutes of waiting for her to figure that out, I managed to research what else I should buy in place of my intended product. Still unable to work the computer/register, she then called GNC customer service as to show that she was determined to help, but then abruptly handed me the phone when the technician answered. I stood there for a second in disbelief, like did you expect ME to figure this thing out here?! I'm apparently not the only one who's experienced this level of service and I'm seeing it's been like this for years. Steer clear from this place. But if you MUST visit, bring a picture of what you're looking for and lower your expectations drastically for a normal GNC customer experience. read more

Really upset at the staff at this place! They have no knowledge of any of the products they sell! The gym is right next door also so they must get a lot of business but it's sad that they cant help anyone. I always come to this one cause it's so convenient but I recommend you doing your research at home first before you make a purchase here. It's always the same lady also that just sits at the register and doesn't acknowledge anyone. They are so rude and sometimes comments on the products I buy. Once I was buying some super dieters tea cause it helps with losing water weight around the stomach area and the guy and the lady both said "why are you buying this, you are sooooo skinny." And gave me a look like I was crazy... Who the heck are they to comment on what I'm buying? This is the closest GNC to my house. I like GNC, and have been buying from their business for a long time. This location, however, is the most mismanaged. They don't open on time, the shelves aren't stocked, and the storage room is always overflowing with product still in the boxes from when they were delivered. I see it like this every time I go in. When I ask if they have something, their answer is "I don't know, maybe I'm one of the boxes I haven't opened yet". read more

The woman who works at night needs to get a new job because she is rude and not helpful at all. When we walked in she didn't even look up from her phone (she was watching some Indian movie). My boyfriend had questions about protein and the woman was of no help, so he chose a brand on his own. When we went up to the register she literally continued watching her movie, I had to laugh and say "is this really happening" to get her attention. She wasn't apologetic at all. This location is small and pricey- I'll stick to The Vitamin Shop by the mall. read more

Pretty unimpressed with this location. Employees did not so much as look up when we walked in nor ask if we needed any assistance. They were all out of the C4 powder flavor I wanted and didn't bother to check the back stock for it. When we checked out, we weren't offered the GNC discount card. Luckily my husband had one that expired and knew to ask..we had to ask how much, what deals are offered, percentage off, etc.. it's sad because many GNC managers are enthusiastic about fitness and their franchises. This store is disheveled and the employees really don't give a hoot. Will order online next time. read more
