Food is really good. Enough tables to eat in. Kitchen gets orders done fairly quickly. Lot's of options that are healthy and/or tasty. I usually get salads or wraps. However the wait staff is not friendly at all. There is sometimes blatant rudeness and disdain to customers unless it is a friend of someone there. I LOVE this place. Not expensive for what they offer. The menu offers a great mix of fresh choices. If you are on a diet, or just like to eat healthy, this is the spot. For years I have come to this place and enjoyed their generously stuffed wraps and peanut butter mud shakes. I don't have the time to cook for myself so I order take out a lot and I'm trying to eat a whole lot healthier. That's where call it a wrap comes in, a healthier alternative to take out food. I was willing to deal with their HORRIBLE customer service, both over the phone and in person for their great food. In the past 6 months their food has become sloppy at best. The food seems almost thrown together and the portions are smaller. The quality in the food they once had is gone. I'm wondering if they got new cooks or something?. I understand people can have off days but seriously?! Anyway, the last straw was when I ordered food a month ago. My shake arrived half full and so did my wrap. Nowadays there are plenty of healthier alternatives (especially in Brooklyn) so I no longer have to waste my time or money here. Finally visited after wanting to for years and I totally regret not coming sooner! The place is clean and cute and extremely comfortable. Ordering was easy and the girls at the counter were friendly. Now, on to the food. I got a veggie burger, which came in a pita wrap with a little salad on the side - perfect. The veggie burger was surprisingly delicious and the tomatoes and spring mix greens were fresh and tasty. I also got a side of sweet potato fries, which are usually a hit or miss for me. They were a hit! So crunchy and flavorful. The food also came relatively quickly - which was another plus. The menu was diverse and had a lot of options. Came here for the first time yesterday.. Ordered two balsamic chicken wraps with roasted peppers, low fat mozz and mushrooms. They were pretty decent in size and they didn't cheap out on the meat. They were juicy and not dry which I did like. I was a fan of here and I will come back. Priced at $7.50 - $8.00 a wrap it is okay. Very healthy alternative to other to go and fast food. The seating area was spaced out and comfortable and there were a few tables eating while I was there for pick up. All the wraps looked pretty good and I believe they have shakes and juice here too. They also have by far the best fruit salad I've ever had. I dont know how they always have fresh fruit, even when the fruit isn't in season lol. I've been going to Call it a Wrap since it opened. I have ordered many, many times. Lately I've been getting my orders messed up. Today, March 11 at 6:50pm I dealt with the nastiest manager I've ever spoken to in any business. Pizza was prepared incorrectly (missing broccoli) and a wrap was missing. We called to let them know that we can accept the wrong item but we need the wrap. The manager asked if someone "took it" with out us seeing and I explained that it's just my wife and I here at the moment and that no one took it. She told us she saw the wrap in the bag leave to us. I told her about our loyalty and explained that we're not trying to get a free wrap. She said it would take over an hour to get a new one or we could get a credit. We refused because her nasty attitude lead us to believe she would tamper with the food. Finally I said she could send us the wrap but I want the pizza done correctly too. She told me that the pizza was done right and did have the broccoli on it, again she said she saw it herself, I told her I could send a picture right now and i told her how much she was offending me. Found this place while working in Staten Island, I didn't want a heavy meal that would leave me in a food coma for the rest of the night and still had to try and concentrate for work! This is a clean and spacious spot in a small strip plaza, they focus on healthy meal options, shakes and smoothies. I liked that the counters were not over run with cookies and sweet treats (there is an ice cream shop next door) I ordered a spinach salad with a scoop of tuna salad to go, waited about 5-10 mins for my order, cost around $10. The salad was good and freshly prepared, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and a little too much red onions, but they were all crisp and freshly cut! The salad also came with a boiled egg ( not the pre boiled ones that come out of a Sysco bucket - trust me you will know when you have had one) Feta cheese, and grilled lean ham, this was nice; actually grilled with sear marks. The tuna salad (add on) was a generous scoop, again freshly prepared as a simple tuna/mayo mix. The menu was vast with all kinds of different healthier options, the service was friendly and efficient. I read another review and saw the video posted however I have interacted with that same employee and she is very polite. You can call in your order ahead of time and it's always accurate when you receive it. I've been coming here for years on & off and LOVE the quality/price of the food items available, everything is super fresh and tasty. However, the workers of this establishment are very immature & do not know how to properly treat customers. I came in with my boyfriend and grabbed a menu from the first table I saw to browse through while standing. Another customer I'm assuming started to talk with the staff that we were going to take his table & rolled his eyes making remarks, as well as whoever this girl was behind the counter. I really don't know what the issue was cause we weren't even going to sit at the table, just look at the menu. But since the workers wanted to laugh about it we took our business elsewhere. This is usually my go to place for quick lunches but I have to say I'm more than disappointed with their deliveries. I love their food but their employees are so rude. They constantly rush me off the phone. The first time I had trouble with them was when they charged me 2 times to my card, luckily my bank took care of it. The second issue came when I tried to order a "wacky lacky", I had told the man one the phone to go light on onions and he replied that there were no onions. Clearly looking at the menu in front of me I said "the wacky lacky? It says there's onions on it on the menu" and he said "no onions, ok". He then continued to rush me off the phone taking my credit card number and practically yelling through the phone confirming the expiration date. Thankfully the delivery was quick, but when I opened my wrap I saw something the complete opposite of what I had asked for. Instead of a steak wrap, I got chicken with lettus, tomatoes and avocados. I can't even eat avocados! I didnt even bother to call them back, because I will not be ordering from them again. 3 stars for good food, but terrible service. The food was warm, the turkey burger was wrapped as if it was leftovers, iceberg lettuce that was brown. The shit fell apart in my hands. The overall presentation was horrible 20$ down the drain.
