I've been here 3 times now and each time is better than the last one. It was clean seated off in the corner for some privacy. Our server jasmine was great. Checked up on us. Have is her honest opinion. Gave me a refill before I needed and didn't have to be asked. Accommodated my little rambunctious 2 year old. The food was great hot fresh. Tasted good. Love going here. I usually love RT but I have gone to this one twice once last week and once this week for lunch and both times it has been bad. First off there is a foul smell that you can't get past throughout the restaurant. Last week I ordered steak it was over cooked, the biscuits looked like someone had taken a bite out of one of them when the server finally came around she could care less. Today I got the salad bar and then the lettuce wraps, the service was better today the girl was great but the food wasn't much better. I should have gone to McDonalds. read more

This RT has lost its touch. I have been coming here since 2011 and each year the experience gets worse. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I have not seen or heard any managers checking on tables or on the floor ensuring the salad bar is up to standards. Serves need more experience or training. read more

I went in yesterday at about 2pm to have a late lunch. I sat at the bar. It took at least 5 minutes before the bartender acknowledged me. Usually I wouldn't mind but the bar had only 4 people sitting at it. Finally the bartender took my drink order and gave me a menu. I waited another 10 minutes and i still didn't have a drink in front of me, or an order taken for even an appetizer. I would understand if the bartender was busy, but he wasn't. He was either really bad at his job or here didn't care. Either way i told him that i had been waiting for 15 minutes, which was way too long, and to forget about the soda. I will never go to this restaurant again, i will never recommend this restaurant to anyone, as a matter of fact i will go putt of my way to tell people how awful my experience was. read more

This was my first time at Ruby Tuesday and I was definitely disappointed. I had high expectations and was let down. The prices were very high for not great food. I ordered sliders and they were completely charred, my husband ordered his burger medium rare and it was close to well done. And we only saw our waitress twice. Had dinner here yesterday with family and my entree was okay. But my family member ordered the ravioli and when he received his meal, it was obvious the cook took frozen bagged ravioli covered it in shredded cheese and nuked it. GROSS!!! Really good food. They don't really have a kid friendly menu. My son's plate was 15.99 like mine which I thought was a bit much for a three year old. I ended up having to pack most of his food to go. I had one bad experience at this Ruby Tuesday's but decided to give it another. I didn't believe the second visit could be worse than the first one, but that's what happened. Apparently, the staff member for my table disappeared into a black hole. The front of restaurant staff member brought a drink to me after 15 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes (the greeter) assured me that someone would be with me soon. I waited another 10 minutes. Diners near my table were beginning to look anxious because I was being ignored. Several members of the wait staff walked by me, looked at me and kept on going. Really, I'm not scary!. The greeter/staff member took my order and told me to go on to the salad bar. I tried to order a chicken dish, but the restaurant was out of chicken (as in none) at 1:30 p.m. I ordered a small steak. I waited another 20 minutes and no food. I got up to leave and told the staff member that I would be happy to pay for the salad bar and drink. She responded by the saying that the two cooks they had were trying to finish the mashed potatoes. The manager had given me the option of leaving now without paying so that's what I did. I told some of my neighbors about my experience, and they just laughed. One of them said, " Everybody knows not to go there. It's only for out-of-towners, poor folks. We always tell them to go to O'Charley's, Logan's or Olive Garden." read more

Went to eat here on a whim at around 4pm. Food was pretty good but nothing great, although all the lettuce on the salad bar was wilted. The service was good. I was disappointed that I was told the draft of the day beer was blue-moon, which is my favorite. After ordering and informing our server that it was my favorite draft, the server informed us that the manager said he made a mistake and we would hav to pay the full price. WTF!!! No big deal as the price cut for draft of the day was only 25 cents a beer, but a manager should pony up to his mistakes. "not cool" We inquired about the military discount and were informed that we had to go on-line print a coupon or get a number and submit to the store for the discount. The waitor was clueless as how to do this and I still haven't figured it out. We will never eat at this restaraunt again, although as crowded as they were getting before we left, I am sure they don't need our business. Wow...wow in a bad way! This Ruby Tuesdays is awful and ghetto! My food was not edible. I ordered the spicy shrimp pasta...there was so much grease at the bottom of the bowl it made me sick just looking at it. Not to mention it wasn't spicy and my foods temperature was warm at best. Our waitress didn't check on us for 15 minutes after she drooped the food off, so I chalked it up as a lose. My dining compainion didn't eat their disgusting good either. We asked for the check, paid, and left hungry. Never once did the waitress ask how my meal was. Again...wow! It's not her fault the food sucked, but had she checked on us earlier maybe something could have been done. And what is wrong with the hostess? She seems...out of it. read more

My husband and I ate here just two days ago. Within two hours he became horribly sick to his stomach! This was only the second time We have eaten at this location and it will be the last! I ordered the lunch tacos, which were drenched in a Chipolte cream sauce that tasted like salt was dumped on top! My poor husband had the lunch sliders. What makes this worse is my poor husband had to hop a bus to Ft.Sill the next morning for training! He has not become any better and may have to head to the hospital! Went last night with my husband .... Wanted to go back after aunt's bday there ..... Well we wait for server finally get drinks ordered got a coke and tea comes with my coke but no tea they have to make it so we drink all my coke she comes back says they r out of coke now ....
