The BEST MAI TAI I HAVE HAD IN 15 YEARS!!! Jaz' (Jasmine) is NO JOKE!!! I come here often for work and this trip is the first time I have been here to this Ruby Tuesday! Ruby's salad Bar is of course anywhere but Jaz's Mai Tai.... wow I have been on the search for a good MAI TAI for 15 years! Who knew all I had to do was go to Ruby Tuesday's in KY!! This lady is a class act, as a person and in her chosen profession. I was here once and when I came back two days later she remembered exactly what I like!! As for the food- sorry but Ruby's salad Bar is the absolute best in the industry... then they came up with the salad in a hollowed out bagette... oh...my...this has got to be the BEST invention in the world!! At first I got the salad Bar and asked to add the bagette... no issues at all with my request! Matter of fact the manager on duty applauded my choice lol. I just did it because I wanted edamame but when I came back I decided the Mediterranian Cicken salad looked amazing so I got that (adding of course edamame) and... oh... my... I was trying to call them to place a to-go order and they didnt answer. About 50 min before closing time still and so i found a way to place an order online and so i did. When i arrived at within the time frame (about 2min before they close) mentioned and wasn't even greeted. There was no customer and I've seen they were already cleaning. I told them i have a to-go order and they said that my order was something they out of. I asked why wasn't I notified. They replied that they dont have a way of letting me know. Fine, let say that's true. They weren't even apathetic about it, wasn't offered a solution and did no5 apologized for the inconvenience. The last time I was in this restaurant, my food had a hair in it. When I told the server she inspected my plate like I was lying. She took my plate offered to remove the order from my bill. We really tried to give this place a shot despite the reviews (bc we had a gift card)... we got the shrimp fondue for an appetizer which was okay, although the chips were greasy. I ordered a Jim beam apple drink which tasted just like bathroom cleaner smells. My sons pizza was practically inedible, and my wife's AVOCADO chicken sandwich came without avocado. We were basically the only ones here and service wasn't very attentive, you could hear them gathered laughing. Ok I'll let the picture just speak for itself. (Just posted the picture where I found a cockroach) Why and how was this not noticed before you had opened the doors to the public? This was just a couple of days ago. Nice to go visit family and be taken to a place less than mediocre. What type of management allows this to happen? Some advice would be either putting someone in charge who cares about the customers health enough to not have cockroaches near the salad bar or just someone who will actually clean up a place where food is sold to standards. Ordered Ruby Tuesday from Ft. Campbell Blvd. This is how they gave me the ribs. What the freaking heck is this? It looks like someone ate one of the ribs. And the skin is all torn off that's the favorite part. I called the manager to complain and she said because I got it through Uber eats there's nothing she could do. It was out of her hands. I told her I took a picture of it and could send it to her and she didn't care. She said once it's in the Uber drivers hands it's on them. And there was nothing more she could do for me. I think that is completely back ass word and unacceptable!!! I mentioned to her that they put the ribs in the to go container that they should take better care of how it looks before they even give it to the driver. So as far as I am concerned this is more on them than it is on Uber eats. When I spoke with Uber eats they refunded me the price for it. But who refunds Uber eats? Does Ruby Tuesday refund Uber eats? Because I think they should! And I also don't recommend this particular Ruby Tuesday to ANYONE! The one on Madison St has always been good. read more

Well, I will start this review by saying that I have told my husband that we would NEVER go back to this location. We went a few months ago with a b1g1f coupon and got a hassle from the waitress about it. The place is usually crowded because there isn't another sit-down restaurant nearby. I decided to give it one last try last week. I had received a coupon in my email for a free burger for my birthday. I got there around 5:45 and the restaurant was pretty full. I became worried because the plan was for me to get the burger and bring it back home. I was sent to the bar to place my order- upon asking- I was told it would be 15 min, probably less to get it. 30 plus minutes later- it came out. It was cold by the time I got home, which really made me believe it had been sitting for a while when they brought it to me. The BBQ burger was overdone (I had asked for medium) and the fries were a soggy & tasteless mess. Thank goodness I didn't pay for it (which is the only reason why this isn't a 1 star review). I've been to this restaurant three times. Twice was to dine and the other time we just stopped in for drinks. The last time I went was for a lunch with my co workers. The food is okay. I had the Collosal burger (I think). It is a BIG burger. We did have to wait quite a while for our food but I thought it might have been because there were six of us. Only other thing I would suggest is to bring a fly swatter. The people at a table next to us had finished their meal and left. The whole time we were there that table was never cleaned off. I'm convinced the manager is trying to close this restaurant! Once you pull into the parking lot one can see this restaurant has been around a while. The store front needs a serious facelift. Few of the light fixtures are falling off the building. (Today though there was a fresh pot of flowers at the door) Once inside there is no hostess @ the station. Once seated the light that was above our table didn't have a bulb in it. Causing us to use our phones to read the menu. If one uses the restroom you'll lose your appetite to eat. Seems like every time I turn around and we have a guy leaving they want to go to Ruby Tuesday for their going away party. Which to be honest is always nice. If you go during lunch you could have a pretty long wait because a lot of people go here during lunch. If you come here with a big group make sure you have enough time. You will be taken great care of. On top of the great service all of the food is delicious no matter what you get. I recommend any of the burgers and the spaghetti squash marinara. read more

I got the salad bar and there wasn't anything special about it. The serving utensils were sticky and oily and i could only wonder what was all over them, when they were last washed and how many people have put their hands on them since. The pastas at the salad bar looked a little stale and everything contained bacon. Broccoli salad with bacon, potato salad with bacon, pasta salad with bacon. I also got the steamed broccoli with my dinner and it was steamed too much and a little burnt. My mother got their artisan flat bread pizza and the thing was just loaded down with salt and tons of oil. The bread was supposed to be thin crust (crunchy) and was soggy. Had a great time. Had the shrimp fondue dip which was fantastic!! I wish I could of made a meal out of that. I had a blackberry dacqueri which was delish very tart. My only complaint was that it had an over abundance of actual fruit and seeds. It was more of a smoothie consistency IMO. I had a burger. I wish I could give this a zero! They put cheese balls on the table and they were dry and awful, even our waiter was very forthcoming with how awful she thought the food was. I ordered the lemon pepper tilapia but they didn't have that so I ordered the seasoned tilapia, when it came out it was raw and cold in the middle. The silverware wad dingy their glasses had brown around the rims. And, I ordered a Cobb salad which, had me having to question the waitress if it was a Cobb salad. I went again with my daughter last month, bcuz I felt that they took their food & service seriously now. Today reminded me why I stopped going years ago. My meal was overcooked & looked unappealing. My daughter's burger was burnt & fries looked very hard. Today's manager acted like I was annoying her. Went to Ruby Tuesday yesterday for dinner at the Ft. Campbell Blvd location and the service was lousy. We ordered steaks. Mine came first and then they must have forgotten about my friend's steak because after waiting another 10-15 minutes I had to get up and go find the waitress to ask her about the other steak. She had totally forgotten about it. I asked for the manager. I told her what had happen and that she could take my order back and give me another steak dinner because I was not going to eat my food ahead of my friend when we both ordered together. The manager then said they would pay for our meal. About 15 minutes later they came with our order. We had to remind them about bringing A1 steak sauce and some ketchup. They didn't come back to check on us to see if we needed a refill on our drinks. Just totally lousy service. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more
