We went two times to this location over a few days. I would have given a 5 star rating after one visit but on the second visit the customer service was lacking. The first visit our waiter was attentive and efficient and food was brought out in a timely manner. In fact we commented on the great service. On a second visit we waited a long time for food and I ordered salad bar and soup mind you. My hubby ordered salad bar with grilled chicken. A table that came in a good 20 minutes after us got their food before us and the waitress comment was they had fried food so it was quicker. It was quicker than soup?? I think she was bartending and waiting but....it was not that crowded and she hardly checked on us. I want to stress that I am very patient and understand short staffing and such but there was not much of a crowd and both if us had eaten our salad plus grabbing a little ore to the point I didn't even want my soup. I was more upset that her reasoning for waiting almost 30 minutes while others got food faster was their food was fried. Again I had soup which I know was already prepared. Also we ordered the same thing the first night and it was out much much quicker with a bigger crowd. If she would have just said I forgot to put in your order or checked on us z little more it would have made a difference. Also to add she was talking to the other customers who got their food faster for a good 10 minutes or so and clearly knew them. Not an issue again I want friendly people but it was just not a good look. The food is always good there so I would still recommend. read more

This is maybe, just maybe the worst place to eat in the US. I've eaten in dives that were better. The food was freezer burned, way over salted, had been stored to long... and was just horrible. Only after we complained did we learn that one of the appetizers was to be discontinued... sort of like "it was in the trash, but then you ordered it, so we served it to you" I would like to give zero stars, but the building looks nice from the outside... and even the salad bar...like how much can go wrong with that?...the egg was way past it's prime, potato salad looked like roasted/ baked potatoes... i can't even go there.... if I never eat there, or any other RT... it'll be too soon. read more

If I could put no stars I would. Let's just say going to Ruby Tuesday is not a five star establishment. But that being said it shouldn't encourage poor service. I went for dinner tonight with some friends and right when we walked in it smelled awful. It smelled like someone took a shit at the front desk. There was a manager sitting there eating there dinner. In where customers are supposed to eat. There was no communication, poor service, and worst of all disrespectful behavior. I am not sure what has happened to this place, but we will not be returning again. We used to enjoy going there. The restaurant was practically empty and we had to wait for about 5 minutes before anyone even came to the front to seat us. The menu has changed and the food was substandard. The salad bar was absolutely awful. It wasn't stocked, and what was there was old, wilted and just gross. All the dressing containers were empty except for 1 of them. The appetizer wasnt hot and had to be sent back to be heated. We were totally displeased with everything and didnt even finish our meals. read more

Stopped in here the other day to have a birthday dinner and thought we'd write a review. This particular location was a bit better than the others in the area. The service was far beyond what I usually expect to get a chain restaurant, especially a Ruby Tuesday. Between the five of us that were there, we put down quite a few beverages and the server was spot on, we never had one empty glass. This was a Saturday night and it was packed so we were pleasantly surprised. The food came out quick, everything was just as we ordered and prepared correctly. All of it tasted great. The only gripe we have is with the portion size but that's not by fault of the particular establishment, it's just how things have been since Ruby Tuesday decided to attempt to reinvent itself. The prices went up, food quality stayed the same, portions went down by a lot. That being said though it was a good experience overall and we'll certainly be back, especially with those cheddar biscuits! read more

This used to be a decent place. Apparently all the good servers decided that working someplace else was more important and I can't blame them. Service is horrible. Sitting here waiting for or meal and nothing. It's been more than twenty minutes and the bar tender keeps walking past our table doesn't even bother to give us an update on our food. Visited on a pretty packed Saturday night. There was a 15 min wait but I managed to snag a table in the bar area. Our waitress was very nice but could've been a little more attentive. I got the Parmesan chicken pasta, which was pretty average and obviously frozen (not "fresh" as their motto says). But the unlimited salad bar for $2.99 was a nice touch. This is my first time visiting Ruby Tuesday's in years and I'll most likely go another few years before visiting again. read more

I am sick of the lack of quality control on carry out orders. We are done with this place. All they have to do is take orders and they can't get it right. Done, done, done. One more thing; i was dining in the place one afternoon and observed one of the wait staff cleaning the glass on the salad bar with glass cleaner with the salad bar fully stocked. Went in a party of 5 for a birthday dinner. Food was good, no issues there. Service, however, needs a lot of work. While we were waiting for our meals, we watched four waitresses, including ours, sit down and eat together at a table not far from ours. Seemed odd to do this near customers and all at once, while their tables were waiting. While we were waiting for our check, we watched our waitress make small milkshakes (looked to be about 15 shakes) in the blender behind the bar. She even took time to add swirls of chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cups. She then passed them out to all the other servers and the kitchen staff and drank some of hers before finally bringing us our bill. Again, food was fine and she wasn't rude, but she was slow and seemed more occupied with herself and her coworkers than her customers. read more

Most of the servers are rude or inattentive, the manager is very young and I often see him snickering with servers while ignoring customers & wait times for to go orders are long if you can even get someone to take your order! If you must eat here sit at the bar, the bartenders are the only competent people working here. read more

My husband and I rarely go out to eat but tonight we insisted on doing so and Ruby Tuesday's it was! I just wanted to share our experience because we had a wonderful one. We were graciously greeted by our waitress, Sharell, who impressed us right off the bat when she was able to answer some of the questions we had in regards to the new menu. She also informed us of some pretty awesome happy hour cocktail specials and promotions which we were able to take advantage of. This was a change for us because the last time we had dined at this restaurant, the waitress we had was not very familiar with the menu and could not answer our questions. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received this evening and we will be back for another steak night and to see the awesome Sharell! Had lunch today with my family and ordered the salad bar. The lettuce was brown and not fresh and one of the pasta salads was spoiled. When I told the waitress she said she would tell the manager. The food has never been stellar but we always had an awesome bartender (Kacey, Katey?) whose service more than made up for it.
