Everything is reasonably priced and you get a good sized portion for what you pay. We got two tacos each. Both had a chicken taco, then we got one of each of the pork and beef. It was clean inside, friendly service, and good food!

As a boba expert, I would not try their powdered boba drink. The taco price are a bit high. But there isn't too many competition in town. Order was placed at the counter, and they take smart phone payments too. The background music is not too loud, and we didn't have to yell at each other to carry a conversation. Orders were served within timely manner. The taco plate i ordered was delicious. The shrimps were freshly pan seared The tortillas were heated as well. The carne asada was tasty too. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. I also tried their fried plantain which it was yum but greasy. Their cakes were moist and sweet. The interior of the restaurant is broad, and we were able to move the tables around to combine a couple tables. They do not have outdoor seating. Overall, this place gets a 4.6 out of 5. You should definitely try it out.

When we walked in we could smell the food, it smelled like fresh Mexican food. We ordered three chicken tamales for appetizer and they were okay, a little bit dry. For entrees we order chimichangas, one chicken and one beef, and street tacos al pastor. Every single thing was delicious. The refried beans and cheese that came with the chimichangas were SO GOOD! The tacos al pastor came with yellow rice, beans, and pico de gallo - the carne al pastor was very good and the pico de gallo was FRESH! We had a Pacifico and a Modelo to go with the food Our server, Lupita, was very friendly. The prices were affordable. The ambiance was very Mexican, the colors, the lamps, the cacti, Chichen Itza murals on the walls...Love it!

Rossy's is a great food truck serving up quality food in large portions!…read more I found Rossy's on Google and saw the photos of their quesabirria tacos and knew I had to stop by. The food truck is stationary and permanently behind the horse stables by the casino. It was frigid outside, so the tent shelter they made at the order window offered protection from the wind and a nice place to sit. Rossy's seems to have two primary menus: American and Latino. The American has sandwiches and salads, but the Latino menu is the front and center option featuring tacos, pupusa, and tortas. They also have a chalkboard menu that seems to show parts of their Latino menu. My husband and I ordered birria tacos and al pastor tacos (three per order). They took only about 5 minutes to come out, and they were hot, made with fresh ingredients, and large portions! The lady that took our order and brought our food out was so nice and patient. Since we opted to dine outside, she even popped out to check on us and see if we needed anything else.

To our surprise the waitress brought out a drink said "this is the only size we have" and we drank it. Little did we know, it was full price - $13. Never were we told that the special was out or that they couldn't honor it. So I felt really misled by this. In fact, as we left the same sign was out front. The food was good tho. I had barria tacos and they were good. The service was spotty. Other than feeling misled, our drinks came out at random times and our food was delivered oddly too. The restaurant was not super busy and the waitress didn't have too many tables, so it was just odd to me. I asked for take out utensils, as we were in a local hotel and had to remind the server twice for them. Will we be back? Probably not.

We went up to the cashier who was training a new employee and they were very friendly and waited for us to decide what we'd like to order. My daughter chose a quesadilla, my wife a salad bowl and I chose the burrito. We ordered chips and salsa plus cheese sauce. The food came out hot, flavorful and nicely prepared. The burrito was stuffed and made well with just the right seasonings, a little too much rice to meat ratio but that's to be expected these days. The salad bowl was nice but looked a bit odd as all the toppings and meat were at the bottom and the chopped romaine on top. The quesadilla was well made, hot and grill marked as expected. The sides of sour cream and salsa were cold and pre portioned. Overall the food scored well in flavor, presentation, temperature and speed of service. The lackluster side of the operation dragged that down. No music, no availability of hot sauces, and the wall or heat not even plugged in and lit up or filled up. They mainly had two sauces available and had one per section at best. The other ones we wanted were there but empty, as well as the sauce at the table. Lastly the disgusting hot sauce spilled all over the condiment container was not very appealing, appetizing or clean. I just pushed it aside and went about the meal. It's a shame to see what was once a vibrant dining location ended up as a dull, lifeless operation. Probably best to order to go and perhaps that's what they were going for that night. Bathrooms were clean, soda station needed to be wiped down, sauce racks cleaned and stocked and table condiment racks boiled and sanitized. Meh at best. Suggest you bring your own hot sauce, and container of sanitizer wipes plus hand sanitizer.
