Walked over yesterday to have a couple drinks in the beautiful weather on the patio. The business appears to be under some kind of renovation and you have to enter through the side patio door. Well decided to come back on a Friday this time for the Friday fish fry. Well I didn't like where they sat me and had no problem changing tables, thank you. So let's talk about the smashed oil well of a fish I had for dinner, lack of taste and looked like it was smashed to make it look bigger and it was swimming in oil, I mean so much oil 1/4 of my fries was drowning. The waitress delivered our food and she never came back till we were done, had to ask other waitress for condiments. I just don't know about this place. is it a hit and miss restaurant like a buffet and I always hit the miss days ????? I waited a long time till I tried it again. Oh well. read more

Non-issue with their parking. The restaurant has bar and table settings. It is more of a sports themed restaurant. We were immediately greeted by their waitresses. The table we had smelled like....piss. Later, we joined our peers at another table which also smelled the same and many of us made the same comment. The food and drinks were served within timely manners. The waitresses were friendly. We just weren't impressed and definitely did not like the scent at the table. By the way. It was the table close to the restroom but the scent was coming from the table or seat itself. The check out process was easy. You can pay by credit card or contact less card via phone. Overall, it gets a 1.9 out of 5. The whole place needs some serious cleaning. read more

I came in on a Sunday to watch a football game. I ordered a bowl of chili and some pub chips. I received the smallest bowl of chili I have ever seen. I did not order it as a side, but as a full portion for 9 dollars. I got 5 spoonfuls out of the bowl. Not to mention that it was lukewarm. Not worth the money at all. read more

My man and I were in town for a wedding and needed to grab dinner. Glory Days was recommended so we headed there. Tons of parking, very easy to find, and no wait, so we were immediately seated. We told the waiter we were from out of town and upon finding out that it was our first Glory Days experience, we were brought a free appetizer sampler so we could try everything (the wings and the mac and cheese bites were awesome!). For our meals, I had the Smothered chicken which was fantastic! Tons of food, very well seasoned and cooked. My man had the chicken tenders and the nachos. He really enjoyed everything, especially the tenders. Great experience, would definitely recommend! read more

The restaurant was only about a quarter full, no manager presence, waited over an hour for food, did not receive all of our food, had to flag waitress down for the check 25 minutes after we finished our meal. The only upside was our steaks were delicious. We have been to this restaurant more times than I can count, and the service and food is usually very consistent. What a shame, we will be taking a break from Glory Days. read more

Came here because they have so many TVs I was hoping to watch the inauguration on at least one of them. Politics aside, it is a historic event. Samuel B refused to allow this to be shown on any TV at all. After the meal he backtracked saying it would be possible on only some TVs. I guess I'm supposed to come back in four years and try again? When we first arrived, we were told there would be a five minute wait so we sat and stood around for about five minutes, which was no issue and we had asked for an outside table and we were quickly seated outside however, that's when the fun began. We were there, five minutes, then 10, then 15, then 20, and soon after the 20 minute mark one of the servers that walked by us several times noticed us because my wife was staring at her and she stopped and asked if had been helped, to which we answered no we have not. I stated we've been here over 20 minutes so she said let me get your beverages. So she went and got us our Arnold Palmer drinks, dropped them off but did not return for an additional 10 minutes totaling about 30 minutes before anybody took our order. The ironic aspect of the entire situation was that there were many servers and buss personnel coming in and out from the restaurant to the patio. No one looked our way, they all looked away from us with separate agendas requiring their linear focus on their tasks so no one stopped to ask if we had been served. During all of this, I called the main number to the restaurant to ask for a manager, and was told by the hostess that the managers were too busy to come to the phone and she asked if they could call me back, so I gave her my number, but I never received a return call. So, I went on Facebook to track down customer service to ask them what's going on and if somebody could come out to the patio to talk with us and take care of our dinner. At the 30 minute mark, the manager did come out and it was the same exact time that the owner had called to tell me that she had just left the store and I said oh that's OK. The managers out here now so we can get this resolved. However, the owner was really nice and turned around and came back after a very busy day and apologized, and took care of us bringing us silverware and straws and told us she was going to comp our meals and then we could have dessert too, which was very nice and gracious. However, as soon as the manager left, as well as the owner we were at the mercy of our server who was completely overwhelmed, forgetting my refill 3 times and then never coming back with the ketchup for the dinner. We felt bad for the server and left her a good tip, but clearly she needs some guidance and some support to learn how to handle a situation involving poor timing and customer service turning it into a positive outcome for both parties. The atmosphere was nice. The place was pretty clean and when we were sat outside, the patio had three other table tops with customers and the interior seating was probably at 80% capacity with a good many people sitting in around the bar area. We knew this because the server was continuing to go in front of the door by the patio, taking care of the customers inside at the table near the window window, but did not come through to ask us if we needed anything hence the leaving off the ketchup and taking three trips before we were able to get a refill on my beverage. Again, the server was very nice. She just needed somebody to give her support and back up to help her deal with all of her tables, missing our table and taking care of everybody's needs. As you can see from the pictures, the patio is not that busy but kudos to the kitchen for turning out really a nice pretzel appetizer as well as salsa and chips with a refill of salsa. She then promptly returned several minutes later with my all-American burger and my wife's buffalo chicken sandwich. With all this occurring we decided not to book the Father's Day special dinner as we figured the place would be bogged down with a full seating, compared to today's moderate business. The server returned and we chatted. She had the bill in her hand which she carried away, but first asking us if we'd like to go beverages, never once asking if we'd like the dessert offered by the owner. My wife and I were thinking of making this our Wednesday dinner spot, but after all this we decided it would be best if we look elsewhere. We appreciate the meal comp, but as soon as management left it went back to what we experienced before they arrived at our table. read more

I had went to a Glory Days with friends in Maryland Wednesday wasn't impressed with the ribs and chicken fingers yuck. So I thought since I was in the mountains on Friday I would give the chain another try. I ordered a Ruben with fries. QC on to-go food is lacking. We ordered fish bake orders that were supposed to come with tartar sauce (not there). Caesar salad received with no salad dressing. Butter packets included with hot food container and they all leaked out. Luckily we were able to create our own tartar sauce at home. The fish bake was tasty and baked potato was well cooked and I used butter from home. Topper was getting the pit of an avocado in my guacamole. read more

I've been to Glory Days a handful of times. This past time I went I decided to order the BBQ Chicken Bowl which was delicious. The sweet taste of the chicken mixed with a bit of spice from the sauce that comes on top was great. It was pretty filling even though the portion on the plate looked a bit small. The table also ordered some appetizers: the mild boneless wings and the shrimp knockout. I really recommend the shrimp knockout. There were some drink mess ups at first but the waiter was very accommodating and was quick to fix. Good service overall. read more

Went here for dinner, wasn't impressed the server was very nice but the food is what you expect, pre cooked food that is either fried or grilled. I got the patty melt with the upgraded beef and egg added.... It was terrible only took three bites and told the server to take it. Which at no point did they ask why... Had the clam chowder and it tasted nothing spectacular.. Had the mozzarella sticks and they were terrible, also they are stingy with the sauce... again a bunch were left and no question on why either.... Came in for a late dinner and was greeted at the door by staff ready to seat me. I ended up requesting the bar seating which was a slight mistake (but not on the restaurant side, I'll explain later). This place is a very chill sports-bar with plenty of regular seating as well. For sure a fun time for a family or even just yourself. The team here sure made me forget about the stresses of the day by making the atmosphere wonderfully relaxing. Everyone was super friendly and kind. If you like sports and/or good music, then this is for sure the place to go! I ordered the shrimp tacos and a margarita for taco Tuesday, I can say my choice did not disappoint. For both of those things, my bill was around $14. If I had to recommend anything, I personally would swap or upgrade the chips that came on the side for something else. Mostly because they have a lot of delicious side options. Jeff and Steve were my waiter/bartender and I thanked them by knocking a glass over. Kidding of course, but I watched that glass fall in slow motion behind the bar. The glass bounced three times and on that last impact, you best believe it shattered all over the floor. They were both truly kind in making me not feel like an idiot. The world is a better place because of people like Jeff and Steve. It was a good serviceable meal presented on time with a motivated staff member. I didn't expect much and I was not disappointed.

I have been here several times. Normally it's ok. This time of would describe it as a linty, hard dry chickeny good time with friends. As we walked through the restaurant to outdoor seating, I couldn't help but notice the greasy floor and dark setting. Once outside, we sat down and tried to decide whose napkins had more lint? It's been a few years since I've been here. No real reason other than it's just out of my way. I happened to be in town yesterday and decided to stop in and I'm so glad I did. The food was good, but I'm here to write about the fabulous service. The hostess was super friendly and quickly seated me, detailing all the specials. Then my waitress, Kim was one of the best I've had in a long time, anywhere! Friendly, attentive, kind, prompt, etc. I even overheard her with her other tables and she remembered a group of women who had dined with her before and she recalled their interactions with her. I overheard another customer comment to her as they were leaving that she was great. She graciously thanked this customer and told her she's new, only been there a month. Amazing! Next time I come back, I am definitely requesting to sit in her section. Lastly, as I was leaving with my leftovers, the hostess struck again- opening the door for me, wishing me a wonderful day and thanking me for coming. We hadn't dined at Glory Days for a while and thought we dine there this evening. We ordered the cheese fries appetizer. There was a minor flaw with the fries (and the dessert) and we brought it to the servers attention. And oh, good Lord. The customer service was extraordinary. Dillon informed the manager Alexis and she came to the table immediately. Apologized profusely, comped the meal and assisted the servers attend to our every need. The rest of the food was very good. Alexis was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dillon was also a very good server. We'll definitely be back. read more

Glory Days is really good! I actually use to work at a Glorydays in Florida but I gotta say this one was great! The manager cherish and the server Lilly took great care of us there was a little mistake that happen and they went above and beyond to take care of us.
