Also the chicken is a bit on the dry side I don't like that I can use gift cards and you can order on app so I have physically gone in to order, which id prefer not to I'm not really a bad person. I tried calling once or twice and no one answered the phone so ordering through phone wasn't an option at that time . They may take orders by phone but not sure .

As we were walking out of the restaurant, the server, had the stones to show my signed check, with a 10% tip, as was warranted after ignoring us, serving me raw food and not coming back for along time.... (Sorry kitchen but the raw burger was on you for this one!) And she, had the gall to brag to another table of patrons, showing the receipt in my wife's face, that were taking away from her money, when she provided poor service!! I wouldn't dream of having her fired, hence the reason I'll never name her. " she might have had a bad day!", BUT I want her to learn a lesson about treating every customer with respect! My wife and kids didn't deserve a poor experience for our first time in your restaurant! Be kind. Be loving and understanding! Everyone can have hardships in life, as we all do, but if you're in this industry, be kind, be watchful and give a care about your job!! You never know the negative impact you can leave for fellow strangers, especially little children that enjoyed Harper's Ferry for the first time!
