They are very busy and I'm happy that they get a lot of customers. Sometimes I go on a whim and my wait time is not bad without an appointment. Several times I've been here for pedis with an appointment and they are consistently timely. I appreciate that this salon is clean and the tools they use have been sanitized prior to use. I also appreciate the excellent massage chair while I'm getting the relaxing pedi. They have always been very gentle on my toes when trimming the cuticles. Once, when I was not careful leaving the salon and getting into my car, I accidentally smudged the fresh paint on my toe. I went back in and they graciously redid that toe nail polish without charging me :) Based on my observation, business is good and it appears that their "regular" customers are happy with the nail service they provide.
