Where you order the food isn't all too bad besides being next to a laundromat with a small window to take peoples order. Tight parking but manageable. They take cash, card and Venmo. Depending on who's working behind the window, you can be waiting for a while if short staffed. The food overall was good. However, it was disappointing when I ordered "TRUFFLE" fries, mac n cheese, chicken, links, AND TRI TIP for $30. I did not receive TRUFFLE fries, I received regular fries. The tri-tip was good you can taste the smoke flavor, however i could have use some bbq sauce or a little broth. The shrimp and chicken was seasoned well and the garlic noodles was AWESOME. I normally don't care for noodles but I enjoyed these. I feel like the food portion was good my daughter disagreed‍. I really want to go back but I am scared of waiting in line (or at the window)for 15 min and no one says anything. My daughter got there before they opened and we got our food around 7:15pm. FYI, I don't have that kind of patience this is why it's 4 stars instead of 5. I got the 2 meat combo and the links I was given were so tiny it was embarrassing. It was absolutely disgusting I ordered the garlic crab with garlic noodles and a 2way BBQ combo. The crab was over cooked and soft and the noodles should have came from a top ramen pack. Food looks amazing, so much so that we decided to drive from Oakland to Vallejo to get a plate of this highly rated hole in the wall! So we get there, and it's this tiny little window, We waited line and when we got to order we order three plates of food, the total over $100. We're still hyped up, we're so eager to try it! We waited for about 20-25 minutes for our food. Not tripping at this point, we're thinking we can wait for 20-25 minutes for delicious fresh food! Ok, we pick up our food and our drinks. We drive to a friends house LITERATELY 3 minutes away. We open the containers I immediately realized my food was bone cold. I mean there was no steam, no warmth, there was just cold food in a plastic container!!!! OMG!!! Still trying to be supportive of independently owned business, I put my food in the microwave but it wasn't the same. It was like reheating left overs from days ago! The food was oily, greasy, and the texture changed! Took a few bites, my ribs had no meat, they were all FAT AND BONE! The Mac was dry and the tri tip needed some TLC! I visited for the first time on yesterday and the food was Delicious!!! I highly recommend the crab plate. Be sure to add the mac & chez. Hands down this is the best crab plate in the area! And the plate was HOT. I will dfntly return. Be prepared to wait at least a hour (depending on the line). I suggest ordering on line and arriving 30 min after the time they say it will be ready.
