I paid $250 for a "deep cleaning", that was AFTER the $100 off. I was promised a $350 cleaning for a small 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Fernando and I went over a list of things to do at the consultation. We were in an understanding and agreement. I was confident, happy. Now I'm very upset..... $350 clean... That's 2 months of student loans. Plane fare to Seattle, 2 new pairs of shoes ( or one amazing pair), 3 weeks of groceries, dinner at French Laundry, weekend in Carmel, a frickin' car payment!!! I made the mistake of leaving a check and they took it and ran. I came home and had to clean for over 2.5 hours ( which I really, really didn't have to do) $350 AND THEY DONT CHANGE SHEETS OR PUT OUT TOWELS?? The cat litter box was not cleaned, they LEFT THE STOVE ON, and WINDOWS LEFT OPEN WHILE RAINING, garbage cans not taken out, fridge not clean, under furniture not clean, chemicals left on surfaces ( which got in my hair during shower) The list goes on, and so does the story. For the sake or brevity I'll say that Fernando promised things and didn't deliver- at all. He made EXCUSES for a poor job "my employees try to trick me and not do things behind my back". That's just poor supervision and making me pay *literally* for his mistake. Own up to it like you said, you messed up so give me my money back! For *&#$ sake, be a professional man. I've tried over the past month to remedy the situation. He said "in this economic climate...can't afford a 1/2 refund...will give 50% off next cleaning". You expect me to trust you with my house and money again? The communication and follow-up were impeccable, and they were very accommodating for making appointments, too. My situation is I have recession rent, so that my landlord wouldn't help us out with the work that needed to be done on our kitchen floor. I thought we had linoleum, but Raul identified it as PVC. I wish we had a more environmentally acceptable flooring, but at least I found a green-friendly cleaner. We saved the tiles from the dump/incineration and got them cleaned up and covered a double coat of wax on them, which turned them from yellowish grey to sky blue. I also learned that with waxed floors you shouldn't scrub or use harsh acidic cleaners on them - that only compromises the finish more. A team of 4 guys came over for about 4 hours for the process of stripping and rewaxing. This is also a family company and Raul stuck around for his guys making sure everyone and everything was doing well. In the end, I felt that I had gotten a very good value for the man hours and expertise. It gets even better if you can split the cost amongst roommates. Now our kitchen floor feels fantastic underfoot and I actually know how to take care of it. I highly recommend this company and will gladly send you pictures of the work they did on our floor.

We have a large and messy house with some unusual accommodations and they have always happily rolled with them. Lately I've noticed the cleans have been slipping a little but didn't say anything. Stuff left uncleaned, parts missed. A couple months ago they broke my handmade, handpainted pottery kitchen butter bell (i'm an artist so this was kind of personal). I was miffed because it was broken but nobody said anything, management never contacted me, it was just thrown in the trash outside. I allowed myself to believe maybe there was a miscommunication. I told Paul about it and he apologized. I was very sad but I understand accidents happen, so I let it go gently and painstakingly made myself another butter bell. Today they broke that too, along with a handpainted salt shaker from a close friend. I don't know how they managed to break both pieces since they weren't even in the same area. I'm heartbroken and furious. Paul has offered to try and make it right but honestly like.... To keep breaking the same dang object. I don't understand and it seems like a sign that someone isn't respecting my property. Also like, they requested recently that I purchase cleaning rags and microfiber rags for the team to use and I happily did so, but they never actually used them throughout the last several cleans, despite me communicating to management multiple times where they were (placed in a very obvious spot for ease of use).
