This is a place where I have to eat every time I'm in the area. This place have a scenic garden area where most choose to eat. A very nice family-run place. As with many other Spanish restaurants, this place opens up for lunch, then closes and don't open again until later that night.
This is a very popular place to eat at lunchtimes, even for locals. You get a three course meal, including one beverage (a beer, a coke, a glass of wine) for 10 euros. The selection for lunch is a bit limited, as you got fewer dishes (changes every day) to choose from.
If you go to dinner, I really recommend the shrimp and avacado dish as a starter. Then move on to their entrecôte with pepper sauce. I can swear that this is the best meat I've ever eaten. Really tender! I've also hear only good things about their roasted lamb, but have never tried it. If you're tough, order the calamari. It's deep fried squid rings, which remind me a bit of onion rings but they are a bit more chewy.
Finish your evening with a dessert and the spanish liqueur, Cuarenta Y Tres (Licor 43) on the rocks (with ice).
Remember to say hello to their parrot. read more
