If I could give him a zero, I would. I brought my daughter to this tattoo shop to get an estimate of a tattoo she wanted. He confirmed the design as my daughter showed him the picture and used her hand to instruct how big she wanted it and I approved that size and design. The shop is cash only so after I signed the consent form I had to go get cash. From the time I left until I returned, the tattoo was finished but only it's double or triple times the original size and the proportions that was shown him. I was speechless and in a shock. His response was I couldn't do the original design in its size and it had to be that big. It's either he's inexperienced or I don't know what. He said she's 18 she can decide for herself!! Then why did he ask me for signature on the consent form originally? Tattoos are something that's permanent if there's a change in size and fonts than what I consented and discussed, wouldn't he call me to confirm or FYI me as a respect to the parents as parents are paying for the tattoo and even an 18 year old might need a second opinion. My daughter now will need to get this tattoo laser removed. I wish this never had happened and I felt the shop is irresponsible knowing that tattoos are permanent, it's better to be safe than sorry and to check in. I feel this shop just wants to make their money and don't care about anything else. I will never go back again! read more

Came in to get my second hole pierced. The piercer was very friendly and it was only $35 for both holes. The earrings that are included are pretty cheap. I have been to other piercers where they don't use anything that sharp on the end and are internally threaded but that was not the case here. The process itself was very quick. I thought one of my ears was a little bit crooked but the girl was kind of on the fence about it. Once it was done I could see that it was crooked however I'm just going to live with it. Once I put in a bigger earring it's not as obvious. Yes...... I did not listen to my piercers instructions and I changed my earrings before I was supposed to. I couldn't handle the ugly ass stud That was put in when pierced. Shop is small and a little bit cluttered with all kinds of cool stuff to look at and lots of flash. Obviously it's mainly a tattoo shop and it seemed that the tattoo reviews were pretty good. One thing to note is they do not take credit cards. read more

Would've given a much better review but was immensely ripped off by this place. Apparently a 3 inch tattoo of lines making a rose with 2 colors that took a grand total of 20 minutes, is worth $200! A $60 tattoo anywhere else, is somehow valued at $200? Everyone agreed with us that this shop ripped us off hard. It was my girlfriends first tattoo, and I feel they took advantage of her naivete. We came in wants to get a tattoo .The employee tried to attack us with a baseball bat as soon as we walk in the store. I was scared and asked them why they are greeting customer like this. His answer was my boyfriend was wearing sun glasses and glove.They think we are bad person . I explained to them my boyfriend has terigien, eyeglasses which was prescribed by the eye doctor. We both were wearing gloves because our hands were cold. They were extremely violent and rude. So we just left. This store judge people's by their look and try to attack us. I never experienced this. My artist name is Alisa King she has worked on both my half sleeves, my right leg and now working on my left with a full peacock from the top of my hip down to my ankle. She will get back to you in a timely manner, remember tattoo artist don't really take breaks because they are ensuring your experience is one of a kind so be patient. (Another great idea to get an apt is to stop into the shop) If you're looking for a new artist definitely check out any of the artists that call this little gem home. Corey keeps the shop clean and checks in to see if you need anything. This shop also likes to host customer appreciation days which I haven't seen other shops do other than your normal Friday the 13th days, if your going on any of these day be ready to wait and don't forget to tip your artist. I had called to make an appointment and I swear the receptionist Lucy how long will it take you to get her, I said 13mins and she says come down here now. So I get down there and I guess she didn't remember that. So I book an appt with an artist for 4pm and email the tats that I want and leave. So I get there at 4 and waited till 430 to finish his client. Then they start working on my tats on the computer till almost 5pm. I was very upset since the were mostly chatting in the back I just got up and walked out. My hope/dream someone from the shop would come after me and offer me a discount to come back in, just FYI that what old school companies would do but there is no such thing as customer service anymore. But if they came outside and even apologized, I would of gone back in. Too bad so sad.. read more

I sadly have had many poor experiences here. I'm giving two stars because they're friendly, but I really wouldn't advise anyone to go here. I have gotten tattooed here once and pierced five times, and only one of the piercings turned out okay (my septum). I kept coming back because I was very young and impulsive, and it was the closest and cheapest for me. I've gotten both my eyebrows, industrial, nostril, and septum piercings here, and I have had issues with all but my septum. Firstly, the jewelry is very low quality, which I was told when I went to a different shop after my eyebrows were acting up. Both of my piercings ended up infected, and one of them has left an awful scar. I've gotten my nostril pierced twice, the first time it was an L stud, which fell out while I was sleeping. I gave it some time and then went back, bringing my own jewelry so I could match my other nostril (which was pierced elsewhere). The jewelry was very cheap and should not have been used to pierce with, but as a piercer, I think that you should tell the client that you can only pierce with the jewelry you have because you know the metals, but I wasn't told that and my nose ended up being incredibly irritated. It was crooked, and now I'm left with a bad scar even though I didn't have it in for very long and it's been months since I've taken it out. My belly piercing was an 18th birthday gift for myself, and it's also crooked. I thought that I was just overthinking the placement but after taking my jewelry out and looking at my piercing it's clearly very off centered. My last bad piercing was my industrial, which never ended up healing and I have a keloid because of it. The aftercare they provide is to use bactine, which you should NEVER use for piercings, but because I trusted the piercers I used that for months until I found out it was bad. They also give no information at all about downsizing, which I think contributed a lot to how my eyebrows and industrial turned out. I've gotten tattooed once here, and I got two matching shoulder tattoos. One of them is COMPLETELY crooked, it's very obvious it's not like a slight shift or anything and they are in very different positions. It's very upsetting because I either need to get them covered up or removed, they don't look good at all. In closing, please don't be like me and go to a place just because of how close it is to you and the price. I have paid dearly for that and it'll now cost hundreds to get everything I want fixed. I'm very disappointed in myself for coming here multiple times and trusting them. I'm left with noticeable scarring and a bad tattoo, I don't want anyone else to go through what I have. read more
