Hi there ! Here to support my friend Jazmins review . I had a similar experience the same day when…read morehaving my piercing swapped out. When I was there, I personally did not see any visible sanitizing process. I saw the piercer remove the jewelry directly from the bag, and from my viewpoint, it did not appear that it was rinsed or sanitized in any way before being used If the business is certain that their sanitizing procedures were followed and are confident that the cameras would show this during both my friends & my jewelry change, we request that they share the footage with us. If the video clearly demonstrates that we are more than happy to take down or update our reviews. Lastly as of today my friend has a small bump on her nose at the site of the piercing which is why we felt it was impotent to speak up about our experience.

I was greeted by the nice lady in the front who helped us pick a nose ring. My review is mainly for the piercer, when I sat in the chair, he didn't greet me and I saw him grab the jewelry and rinse it under the faucet for 2 seconds. He never washed his hands and he put gloves on dirty hands. He then proceeded to remove my current jewelry, and never swabbed my piercing hole with anything. He just began placing the new ring which I never saw him sanitize. Through out the whole process not once was anything sanitized. He also seemed off like he was a drug user. My friend had the same experience and also co firmed she never saw him sanitize anything when he was servicing me. NEVER AGAIN, I regret coming here. I hope I don't get infected.

Also, I called in the second time to reschedule my appointment and it was a quick process. I came in to get my first piercing. My piercer was Joslyn and she was super and kind and definitely made me feel comfortable the whole time. I wasn't too knowledgeable on how the healing process was like or what downsizing meant, but Joslyn explained it very well. She also was very patient when we were figuring out the exact placement had no problem moving around the placement until I liked it. The overall vibes were really good and I can see why this place is highly rated. I felt comfortable and felt taken care of. Maybe I'll get a tattoo here next time :)

I had heard great things about Baron Art and really wish I could say I had the same experience. I…read morespent time looking through their artists, reached out, and booked with someone whose work looked like it would be a good fit for whatI wanted. Before my appointment, I felt like I communicated what I was looking for pretty clearly. I sent reference photos and notes about the overall style and specific details I wanted. I was sent the design the day before my appointment, and it wasn't really what I had described, so I asked for revisions. I was told I would see the updated version when I arrived. When I got to the studio, I didn't feel particularly welcomed by the front desk woman. I was barely acknowledged and just pointed to a QR code to check in, which made the experience feel pretty impersonal from the start. My artist was also about 30 minutes behind schedule. I saw the revised design, asked for a few more adjustments, and we eventually got it to a place where I felt comfortable moving forward. Unfortunately, once the tattoo was actually done, the execution wasn't what I expected. The linework was uneven, the spacing was inconsistent, and parts of the finished tattoo didn't look like the stencil we had agreed on. It was also a fairly simple tattoo so those inconsistencies were noticeable. I was given healing instructions, paid, and was on my way. I didn't necessarily leave thinking I hated it, but as it healed and settled, I became increasingly unhappy with how it looked and honestly embarrassed. This wasn't my first tattoo either, so I'm familiar with the healing process. The unevenness became more apparent over time. I ultimately had the tattoo reworked by another artist a few weeks later (not at Baron), and the difference in the overall experience was huge. It felt much more collaborative. I felt comfortable asking questions and giving feedback, and I never felt like I was bothering anyone or unwelcome. The studio itself was very clean which I appreciated, but unfortunately the customer service, communication, and final execution did not meet my expectations. Two stars for the cleanliness, but overall I was disappointed with my experience here and won't return or recommend.

If you are reading this you are about to met your new tattoo Goddess. Shannon is everything you…read morewant in an artist. Super creative, highly skilled along with light handed and fast. Totally cool chick and engaging! I came to her after looking for an artist for 11 yrs. to fix a mistake. My first piece was 12 hrs. and I thought the artist had gotten my vision. They didn't. It was a botanical piece and it was flat. Not what I had drawn. Unfortunately, it was on my back so I couldn't see it. Shannon totally fixed this piece. Recolored it. Shaded it and made it come alive. And it only took her 2.5hrs! She is that experienced. That skilled. We've spent close to 35hrs together now. I now have a stunning girdle, gorgeous Arabic line work weaving, a delicate back piece, side scroll saying in Sanskrit cursive and random exquisite butterflies all over my torso. Each step was well planned and a collaboration. Her background in serious Art Design schools shows. Go see her book! It is just mind boggling how many styles she has produced...Greyscale, abstract, gothic, photorealism, whimsical, tribal, ethnic, white, modern so many more that I don't know how to describe. You dream it, she'll create it!

I sent her a couple of pictures I liked but talked about what I wanted to change and she took it from there. Shannon is a bad ass, magical queen and it is a privilege to sit in her chair honestly. She is very thoughtful when placing and sizing the tattoo, so once she goes to ink you have a really good idea of the outcome. Just top notch all around.
