They really make sure to listen to exactly what you want, check the area to make sure they can actually give you what you want, and provide recommendations as you choose out your jewelry which is well-priced. My piercers have also been very gentle and take cleanliness seriously--everything is very sterile from the moment you enter the building to the piercing room. I plan to get my 5th piercing here in about a month once I come back in to downsize my 4th. When I asked to get it removed the piercer wasn't nice about it, and said it was "the first time someone hasn't liked it". I was offered for it to be redone but honestly just wanted to leave. Tattoo artist seemed nice but would not recommend getting any piercings done here.
