If you're not a photo booth nerd you might not know that these are EXTREMELY RARE nowadays. There are probably less than ten of them in the US out for the public to use (maybe even fewer than that!) Anyhow Michael is a great guy and super friendly. Helpful and enthusiastic he invited me to some live bands playing there later in the day too so there's a lot more that must go on here aside from the furniture, photobooths and pinball. Definitely gonna be a regular stop of mine every time I am in LA!

One of the photo booths was getting repaired but the other one was working perfectly and some people were using it. There is also a very cool Stranger Things inspired pinball machine and the overall decoration and atmosphere of this place was very cool. I made small talk with some people and this very kind older gentleman approached me to talk to me for a bit. I think he was the one in charge of the store for the afternoon/evening shift on a Saturday evening. 10/10 place.

However, I would consider this more generally a gift shop, because you can find a wide variety of items. müsh had a charming collection of woodcut-style cards for sale, one which I grabbed for a friend. I also spent quiet a bit of time looking at their interesting jewelry collection, including a parure of silver/brass and garnet jewelry. They cary quite a bit of jewelry featuring silver and semi-precious gems. There were also a number of geodes that were set and ready to use as objet d'art in your home, including citrine and amethyst. There was also a variety of paintings for sale: this place has a lot of things for home decor, especially for such a small shop. Definitely worth a stop in Silverlake.

And goodies checks off all those boxes. Whether it's a beautifully crafted or sourced marble stands, that's a perfect addition to a bookshelf, really great plates, a Matcha set, or my personal favorite, random vases goodies has it all. I would also keep an eye out on their Instagram so you can get their harder pieces, like the ladder, stools, as well as great teakwood, charcuterie boards.

Really disappointing experience, especially because I was genuinely excited to get these stools…read more I ordered two A-Frame Curved Stools on May 17. On June 12, Goodies texted me: "We got your pre order for END OF AUGUST pick up" and "We will send you a text when it's ready for pick up." August came and went with no update. I followed up myself in mid-September and was told, "our factory messed up this particular style and the corrected shipment will arrive second week of oct." Four months after ordering, I still don't have the stools. I understand production problems happen. My issue is the lack of communication or accountability. When I expressed frustration about the delay, the response was simply, "we can issue you a refund if you'd like." I've also seen other customers describe similar experiences with delays and poor communication, so mine does not seem unique. I still really liked the stools, but the way this order has been handled has been very frustrating.

3/20/2026 GREYCANO…read moreStrong Earl Grey cream on top. The Earl Grey cream was very thick and heavy and lots of cream on top! Americano had a fruity and light smoky flavor. The Americano was enjoyable. Got it in a 16oz which was too large. It was a lot of coffee! I liked the Earl Grey potency in flavor, but the cream itself was very heavy and not light in mouthfeel. My mistake is not mixing the drink as I continued to drink, as it may have been more enjoyable. But this was a one and done type of coffee for me. 6XS MELLO Has a toffee flavor overall. Creamy vanilla cold foam. Mello has a caramel flavor in the beginning and then ends with a toffee flavor at the end. Smooth drink. It's more of a dessert coffee drink. It was good, but not life-changing. Chocolate Financier Had that brown buttery flavor, semi-sweet chocolate coating on top, soft, spongy cake texture. Delicious! Wish I asked where it was from! Ambiance / Seats It was a cool and relaxing vibe. Love how they mixed various tables, seats, and sofas in one room. I loved the size of the cafe which was medium-sized. It wasn't so big where you felt lost in the space, but not so small where you felt cramped in it. Small tables on the sides. Sofas and long tables in the middle. Free wifi available. Some people working at the long tables. Friends meeting up and talking on the sofas. Such a chill place I would hang out anytime! The decoration was mainly of merch on display, such as cups, plates, coffee, t-shirts, lamps etc. Yet there were unique items where you can browse while waiting for your coffee. There were outdoor seats as well. Parking As always, bad! But I found neighborhood street parking a block away on Silverlake Blvd. But to find that spot, I had to drive around a bit to find it. There are more places now that valet park and charge to park in their dinky parking lot, so if that means driving a bit to find a good, free, neighborhood parking Imma do that! Customer Service It was good. They were friendly. They didn't rush me to order and were very chill, just like the shop's ambiance. So chilllllll. Gong Gan and Ceci's Gastronomia were on that same street. Inspite of the chill ambiance, not sure if I would visit again. Had such a hard time finding parking, that it discourages me from coming this way again.
