However, there is one suggestion that has nothing to do with food quality. That is the lack of atmosphere. Hanging a couple old quilts on the wall for color and interest would go a long way. It feels like an in house home cooked BBQ meal, and that just makes it feel comfortable and safe! 2. Yes, it could be more tender, smokey, and with bigger taste profile. But this would be fine if I'm just wanting something that I wouldn't be upsetting. 3. The BBQ egg rolls were great and everyone loved them! The okra was really great also! 4. The potato salad was not the best and could use improvement. The burnt ends were very sweet and sugary which isn't normal to me, but it's simple and ok. The brisket wasn't bad but everything needs more smoke. I am rating it at 4 because of everyone's feedback. As for me, I'd give it a 3 star, but still better than Central that used to be in Fayetteville...not saying much. For a local BBQ place that isn't big time it's just fine! The service was quick and easy. I'd like to see how it goes down the road.
