We just finished a major project at our home replacing every window and vinyl sided the entire house. After doing some research and getting 3 quotes, we decided to go with Vinyl Concepts. Signing with Vinyl Concepts was, by far, the best decision we very made for our home. Within a few short weeks, Chris and his team took our home from drab to truly a show place. I cannot imagine another firm being able to do this as well. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was incredible. The project started with stripping our entire house of the old clapboard, replacing all rotting wood underneath the old clapboard and basically bringing the house back to better than new. No other contractor would have gone to this level of care and professionalism, and the materials they used to protect and beautify our home was nothing but the best. We have had everyone from neighbors to delivery folks to complete strangers and even to our mail carrier stopping to take the time to let us know how beautiful our home had become. The bottom line is, I would not consider another firm for a similar project to ours.

On the flip side, at one point, the owners/bosses appear. They were typical bosses wearing clean jeans, pointing, and talking. But then they decided to start removing boxes and wiring without asking anyone or considering the consequences, which resulted in the entire house losing Internet access. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!

I was concerned because my home was a stucco finish and many of the Siding companies I'd contacted either didn't know how to do the job or gave me a very high estimate. Fortunately Mike had experience with siding stucco and his quote was reasonable so I hired him. His crew showed up when he said they would and got right to work. They ran into some problems with the stucco and it cost them some lengthy delays. But he communicated well with me and he stood by his original estimate which I really appreciated. Everyone on his crew was kind and polite. When I didn't like how they'd placed some of the deck boards, I spoke to Mike and they fixed it quickly. While it was messy while the work was going on I was very impressed by how well the guys cleaned up the yard and made sure everything was put back the way it had been. My neighbor even commented on how great a job they did cleaning up the portion of the lawn next to her, they used magnets to make sure they got every last nail. The house looks fantastic! I am completely satisfied with the job Mike and his crew did on my house.
