My experience with A & A for gutter cleaning was one of the best I've had with a contractor of any type. Here's why: 1. Maegen was incredibly responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were answered very quickly. 2. The price was absolutely right! 3. They have a formal job system that notifies of their booking with the name of the person coming out, when they'll be coming out, and what services will be performed. 4. The invoice sent after the job was completed was very detailed, and included photos of the work completed. The invoice also makes it easy for you to pay online if you'd like. These aspects of the company absolutely separate them from the rest, and I'll continue business with them anytime I need it, and will be recommending them to anyone looking for these services. read more

Please save yourself time and utilize another service. Cleaners came ill prepared with the wrong size ladder to handle 3 floor house. Then they marked the job complete with out preforming anything. Luckily i was home and witnessed the whole thing. Had to call up the company and had to fight and convince them that their team did not preform the job. Second crew came out. Had not clue what was going on and asked me a million questions. No communication from the office. after i spent time telling them what happened. they still did not preform the job 100% horrible. I have used AA Window for years. When the crew came out this spring the quality of work was not there, not only was I dissatisfied with the cleaning but the crew had no respect for my property. I came home to not only dirty windows, but to damaged gates on my deck among other things. I called and complained, sent photos for future training, did not ask for a discount in any way, I like to give companies chances. AA Window was scheduled to visit my home on 10/31, they did not show at all. I received a text from Dan explaining that they were not going to get to me and asked if they could come on 11/1, I responded " That it is fine and thanked him". The crew should have arrived between 7:30 and 8:00, when I messaged Dan and asked where they were, he said I never responded at which time I shared the screen shot of my response. Dan never apologized and was very short, therefore I have chosen to not use this company going forward nor will I continue to refer them. Everyone makes mistakes, it has how you handle it and in this case I give Dan an F in customer service and professionalism. He made it apparent that my business is not valued. read more

So far so good! I called and got a receptionist that looked up my address immediately and gave me a quote for gutter cleaning over the phone from a Google map view! She said they will be in my area and if they do the cleaning when I am not home they will just put a bill on my door. Crazy convenient! I will update my review after the job is done. read more
