Mark me down as completely done with A&A…read more Here's the history - have used them for windows for many years. At first, they were great. After several years, I had a couple of experiences with them that were less than great but stuck with them. Last year, tried them for gutter cleaning and it was a ridiculously bad experience. Thinking I had simply learned my lesson on trying them for gutters and that they were still okay for windows, I decided to stay on automatic scheduling for windows again this year. Here's where things go bat-crazy... As is typical, I received a first email from them several weeks ago indicating they had a date for my annual window cleaning (June 2 between 10:30 and 12:30). Okay. I put the date and time on my calendar. Then, also as typical, I receive a reminder a week later. All good. I've cleared my schedule and I'm ready for them. Today is June 2. 12:30 comes and goes. No call from them. I figure they might just be running late. I call them at 1:30. No answer. I leave a message, inquiring if they are still coming. No call. I email them and ask the same. About an hour after I send my email asking if they are coming, they send me an email. Here is the complete email from them word for word: "No, we are not coming. After we noticed that you had not been reading the emails we were sending, we started attempting to call you to confirm - We've been calling for several weeks, but whenever we called, we received a busy signal. As we were unable to contact you to confirm the job, we removed you from the schedule." Kyle Castillo | Operations Manager Pretty amazing stuff. A couple of things... Not sure what Mr. Operations Manager is talking about. He "noticed" that I wasn't reading his emails??? Uhhhhh...not sure if his AI isn't working correctly or something but I read both of his emails. How else did I know they were coming on June 2 between 10:30-12:30? The better question is: does he know that the emails he is sending out don't request a reply of any sort from the customer? Moving on, he says "we started attempting to call you to confirm" and had been "calling for several weeks"??? My phone number is the same as it's been for several years - get calls on it all the time - either A&A isn't calling the right number or they have a very old number on file. Either way, that's on them. Long story short: after giving this company second/third/fourth chances for years, I'm done. But you decide for yourself: is this a company you want to do business with?

Johnny, Keith and Co. have been a huge help to me with my new home. Well, not new, a bit old in…read morefact. But they went above and beyond to get my roof in order, fix parts of it that I didn't even realize were in the same scope of roof replacement. They even helped tremendously with the actual purchase of my home and the insurance process (insurers are doubling down on old roofs). Johnny and Keith are both very easy to deal with, communicative and made it clear they had my best interest in mind as the customer. Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par. It was from start to finish a seamless experience, and I can't recommend them enough!

They finished the job in one day and left my property pristine. When stripping the old roof, they ran into a few issues that needed attention. Keith provided me with before and after pictures and educated me on some aspects of roofing. From start to finish, Johnny and Keith were a pleasure to work with. If I could give negative stars to this company - I would, and I very rarely give bad reviews to…read morebusinesses. My family and I had a very unpleasant experience with this business and in particular with the Office Manager Claire DelTufo. We hired them to fix a leaky pipe in my brother's home that we are trying to sell. After the first time around that the two men showed up to "fix" the pipe, my dad took a look at it later on and noticed it was still leaking so he called and asked them to come back - turns out another part was needed because the worker broke that part when trying to work on the pipe so my dad bought it and gave it to them to "finish" the job (we'll see if they decide to charge us for the part my dad bought with his own money based on the conversation I had with Claire which I'll get into momentarily.) We then find out that the pipe is still leaking because an assessor came in and mentioned it. So my dad fixed it as soon as possible as it was clear that Del Tufo Plumbing & Heating is unreliable. I then gave a call to the office and the first woman I spoke to was very pleasant but she said that Claire would have to give us a call back to get more information from us. A couple of minutes later, Claire called us and had an attitude straight off the back. When we explained what happened, she was like "Well what do you want? Money off the bill?". I of course said that would be nice since they didn't actually fix the pipe but she then refused that request in a very loud and aggressive tone. I then said ok to the denial of requesting money off the bill but then asked if she could provide feedback to the men that did the job since they did not actually fix the pipe and I do not want this problem to happen to someone else. She proceeded to scream at me about how she trusts her workers and doesn't understand why she should give them that type of feedback and that we should expect a bill soon. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you need to deal with Claire as she is incredibly mean, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

The back of my new home didn't have gutters at all! Dave came out promptly and was super professional and friendly in giving the quote. I had to take a work call and he gracefully left the quote in my mailbox. I called him up to discuss and accept and he penciled in my job. Due to winter, they couldn't come right away, but Dave called me once we got some clearer days and the guys showed up exactly on time. It was amazing how fast the team worked- everyone had their job and they worked in perfect synchrony. The 3 gutter installers were packed up and showing me the finished install within only a few hours of being there. They told me they had 3 jobs that day. Aluminum is expensive - and when I asked the team to leave me the old downspouts for me to use as extensions they did so and left them in a neat pile, easily saving me a bunch of money if I were to repurchase at a local store. Overall, gutters don't seem that glamorous but there is a lot of peace of mind knowing how smooth and "seamless" the experience went. I probably won't need gutters for another 10-20 years but when or if I do, I will definitely remember ABC.
