He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. Sometimes you come across situations that you wish a super hero would come and solve all your problems. I truly feel that Jose was my super heroes because he was able to make my house like new. I reached out to Tyler via Yelp, and he came out the following morning to give a quote. He got up on a ladder and inspected all the gutters and downspouts. He was very thorough and professional. The quote was very reasonable. Tyler came out the next day and did a fantastic job. He cleaned all the gutters thoroughly, blew any remaining sticks and leaves off the roof, and detached one of the downspouts that was clogged and thoroughly cleaned it. He did a great job cleaning up. While he was here, he measured all of the gutters and is going to quote me for installing gutter guards. Gutters are something you don't spend a lot of time thinking about.
