It's National Cancer Survivor Day. My hair has been falling out. I scheduled appointments here to celebrate me. They canceled last minute. Very poor business. Would NEVER recommend. Or come back. Which is a shame because they had been serving my entire family. NEVER AGAIN Edited to add: very weird that one of the higher ups for this salon just called me to tell me that one stylist canceled because she had a medical emergency in the salon that morning (what are the chances) and the other moved to Florida. Why are you canceling an appointment I made more than a week in advance because the stylist is in Florida? Did she up and decide to walk there the morning? I was not offered anything to fix the situation. No other stylist. No other day. Don't be calling me because of my reviews. You'll end up here again, as you can see. Very very weird business. Had a terrible experience with getting my nails done. Came on time to my appointment but as I was…read morewalking in saw a missed call and voicemail from a few minutes prior saying my nail tech would be delayed. Ok, stayed positive. Had a super friendly girl start working on my nails but instead of using polish remover, took it off with a drill. Once she was finished the original person started to fill. Once she painted them again, sat with the fan on them for 10-15m and was told I was good to go. My nails NEVER dried. They were still tacky 6 hours later. Went to another salon the next day for a paint change. Now they looked gorgeous. But...day two, my thumb nail shattered off. Day three my other thumb chipped on both sides off the tip. And then a pointer finger separated from my natural nail. What a disaster. Will not come back for nail services. Super disappointed.
