The level of personal, face-to-face care I received is a unicorn experience in the field of medicine. Dr. Jan cares deeply about his patients, which is evident in the amount of spaciousness, focus, and personalized attention that he has established as the core of his practice. This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of surgeon or a mill churning out patients. It's a boutique experience. Dr. Jan is attentive, calm, responsive without being overbearing, and extraordinarily patient. I went in for at least one extra pre-op appointment purely due to anxiety, which was easily assuaged by Dr. Jan. It helped tremendously that everyone involved in the process, from the office staff to the surgical team, were top-tier. It couldn't have been a smoother process.
The aesthetic outcome of my surgery is, in a word, exquisite.
