The flowers are bright, fresh, and there's very little "filler" material (mostly beautiful, colorful flowers). The business is family-owned, and both employee / owners I spoke to or met were very kind, professional, and really cared that their arrangement had the best care so they'd last as long as possible (the envelope with the gift card even had instructions to keep them out of the sun and a reminder to fill the vase to the top).
