Bloom By Melanie had a much stronger online presence than most of the other florists in the area which was a tremendous help. Pricing was absolutely on the higher side, and there was a bit of pause with my "it cannot be in a clear vase" request, but the end result was GORGEOUS, worth every penny, clearly made with care.
