Bloom By Melanie had a much stronger online presence than most of the other florists in the area which was a tremendous help. Pricing was absolutely on the higher side, and there was a bit of pause with my "it cannot be in a clear vase" request, but the end result was GORGEOUS, worth every penny, clearly made with care. They also sent me a 360 video of the finished product that my husband and I really appreciated, and our family said it was perfect. Overall a great experience during a difficult time.

However, by February 15th, the flowers were already wilting and dying--less than a week later. I reached out through their sales portal on February 16th and followed up with a call on February 17th, but was only offered two lilies as a replacement. When my wife called to express concern, she was met with rude behavior and even hung up on. As someone with decades of experience buying flowers, I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend this store to anyone."

Nowadays, when you order online, a lot of "local" flower websites aren't actually local - they outsource orders to nearby shops. Unfortunately, our initial online order from a different website was canceled due to availability issues. Thankfully, we found this truly LOCAL flower shop! We called and they were incredibly helpful from the start. They walked us through a few options and helped us choose the perfect arrangement. Price wise - on par with most spots and different price points based on how big the arrangement is. They really do try to find something within your budget. Even though we though we had missed the cutoff for same-day delivery, they were able to accomodate us. Our clients loved the plants and flowers we sent! Highly recommend supporting this local business! They really came through.
