I ordered online very easily and chose from a large variety of arrangements that were available, in addition to add-ons like chocolates or balloons. I was a little nervous, having not even spoken to someone and making sure delivery would happen, especially during this time, but everything was perfect. The arrangement was even prettier than I envisioned and was spot on to what we had chosen. I live near Norman's Livingston location and ironically my family lives in Flanders, so I had hoped that the service and selection would be just as good, and it was. I would highly recommend Norman's for flower arrangements and deliveries in this area, especially over the big-box flower distributors.

I love how the flowers came out - the fall colors were so beautiful. My friends in Ohio were also able to call in an order for a flower stand. They were so glad to talk to someone instead of just ordering through a large, impersonal online flower vendor. The personal touch made the difference for them and for us!

We wanted something that was not your ordinary funeral arrangements with the standard funeral greens and lilies/carnations. I had given them some direction as to flowers and greens we liked/didn't like along with some basic color schemes. When we saw the arrangements at the funeral home, they were absolutely stunning! Truly works of art and exactly what I had hoped for without being able to articulate it in detail. They incorporated unique greens like eucalyptus, lemon leaf, and ivy with roses, hydrangea, gladiolas, stock, and even small orchids. Everyone remarked at how lovely and unique they were. The photo doesn't even do them justice. They also made the process very easy and delivered in a short amount of time, even following up with the funeral home the next day to make sure the arrangements were still in good shape and offering to come out and water them. They made a very sad time a little easier with one less thing to worry about. I would certainly use them again.
