I rarely write reviews, but this florist absolutely earned it…read more I live out of state and needed to send flowers to a friend in Denville for her birthday. One thing that was important to me was ordering from a true local florist rather than one of the large online flower brokers. After some searching, I found this shop and placed my order online. The problem was that I placed the order well after the cutoff time for same-day delivery. Shortly after ordering, Todd called me personally to explain that their driver was already out making deliveries and that it was unlikely the flowers would arrive that day. I told him I understood and mentioned that it was for my friend's birthday. That's when Todd said something I don't hear very often anymore: "You know what? I'll make sure your friend's flowers are delivered today no matter what." And he did. In a world where customer service often feels automated and impersonal, this level of care and commitment is incredibly rare. Todd went above and beyond to make sure my friend received her birthday flowers on time. To top it off, my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement, and it was absolutely beautiful. She was genuinely impressed, and so was I. Outstanding customer service, gorgeous flowers, and people who truly care about their customers. I will never use another florist in the Denville area, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a florist they can trust. Thank you, Todd, for making my friend's birthday extra special!

I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law's birthday and was absolutely blown away by how beautiful…read moreit turned out. I shared the color palette I wanted, and they created something even better than I imagined. The bouquet was stunning, elegant, and looked like it should have cost two or three times more than what I paid. We had a birthday dinner for her, and I used the bouquet as the centerpiece for the table. It instantly elevated the whole setting, and everyone admired it throughout the day and evening. It truly made the celebration feel extra special. Beyond the flowers themselves, the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Their shop is also beautifully decorated and spotless, which made the whole experience even better. I've been to many flower shops over the years and have both received and given countless arrangements, and I can honestly say this is my favorite of them all. I highly recommend this flower shop!

It's not easy for me to surprise my wife since we're basically attached at the hip, but Dickerson's…read moreFlower Shop has made it possible--twice now. Both times I gave them no notice at all, just walked in and explained I wanted to pull off an impromptu surprise. The first time, they put together a beautiful bouquet for about $20 that absolutely lit up my wife's day. Today, I decided to double the budget to $40, and the arrangement they handed me was beyond impressive--so much so that my wife had tears welling in her eyes when she saw it. I staged the reveal by sending her out to my car to "grab my phone that slid between the seats," and when she came back in with the bouquet, the reaction was priceless. I honestly can't wait to buy her flowers again. What really stands out here is how accommodating and kind the staff are, plus the value you get for the money. They make it feel easy, even when I show up last minute. I regret not leaving a review the first time, so I'm making sure to do it now. Highly recommend Dickerson's Flower Shop. Thank you for helping me pull off these surprises--I'll definitely be back again.
