Not something you see every day. A true testament of her work is that if she was not going to be able to work with me on the flowers, I was not going to have flowers at all. I only wanted her arrangements and that is a testament to just how gorgeous her arrangements are and she does not use leaves or sticks to plump up her arrangements, she uses flowers. She patiently listened to me and even made an arrangement for me so that I could actually start visualizing the entire arrangement coming together with the baseballs and baseball bats. For areas I wasn't sure of what kind of arrangements I wanted, she provided suggestions and tied the theme into those flowers very nicely. She is incredibly creative when it comes to helping provide suggestions or working with you to come up with exactly what you are looking for. She is courteous, gets back to you with updates, and works extremely hard to make sure she delivers THE best service and flowers. She is happy when you are happy and she treats your event as if it were her own. That is the kind of service you want and the amazing arrangements were, of course, an added bonus. We were visiting my friend's husband's final resting place when I decided that I wanted to bring something for John. We went to the Flower Box where I received excellent service and great suggestions! We chose green carnations for Saint Patrick's Day. I was impressed that the ends of the stems had water tubes on them! Thanks for the simple white ribbon and baby's breath that made the bouquet more presentable. The flowers brought tears to my friend's eyes... she was so happy! Note: I also happened to have a box of cereal in my bag. I placed it on John's grave, next to the green carnations and told him that the Frosted Flakes were from his son's wedding!

Maria was accommodating and said if I gave her a few days she could make this large $150 design into a smaller $100 version. She only needed to sub out the purple tulips which were out of season. Everything else she would be getting within the next few days. In the image I loved the soft shades of green and pale cool pinks and lilacs contrasted with the dark shiny foliage and dark plum accent. What was recieved is nice but not the color pallet I was promising. It is bright coral, pink, magenta with bright lime hydrangea and ferns. Maria's reply is attached to the stock image of purple haze roses that she says are what was sent. She feels "what she sent is similar." When I asked about the pale green hydrangea and dark leaves being subbed for ferns she said "l never discussed leaves." No apologies. Maria was juggling my 3 separate calls to her with others customers. My $100 arrangement wasn't a priority. If she had called to say the flower colors couldn't be replicated l would have been able to make another choice from what she did have. Better to go into her store when ordering. Online images can be deceptive.

Our grandmother is isolated in her assisted living home in Branchville and we wanted to send her flowers to cheer her up. Rae suggested I check with the Assisted living home first, as some were not even accepting deliveries. I called and yes, they would accept flower deliveries! I called Rae back and we got down to the business of choosing flowers. Rae talked to me as if she were a friend, cheerful and informative. Who knew that because nursing homes are often so hot, certain flowers do not thrive in that enviorment! Rae suggested the hardiest of heat tolerant blooms and ended our transaction by saying, "Don't you worry. I'll take good care of your grandma!" On Friday night, I received an email that Proflowers wasn't able to deliver my flowers and were issuing a refund. It was 11 pm and I needed to replace them ASAP and find a place to deliver for Mother's Day. So many florists were either closed, down staff, and/or without flowers. I found Floriography on YELP and called and spoke with Chris Saturday afternoon. He was nice, professional, told me that he and his wife owned the florist and agreed to deliver flowers for Sunday (Mother's Day) 22 miles away. There was no extra charge for the delivery and the bouquet was not the typical crazy high Mother's Day pricing. THE FLOWERS WERE GORGEOUS!!! Calla Lillies, Peonies, Roses, and more. Spring colors, super fresh, in a nice vase, and contactless delivery with a smile. It makes such a difference to deal with an owner of a business that genuinely appreciates your business.
