They had a good tech years ago, but he passed away and now they have kids employed acting like they know what they are doing. Before Rod passed away, I had used them for years and years, and now I have had this happen at a couple different locations where it wasn't fixed the first time. I had to file a bbb complaint against them after I left four or five messages as the service manager and owner would not return my call to at least talk to me about adjusting my bill. They told me to never contact them again, and that is no problem. I'd freeze to death before I called them. The office clerk who answers the phone is rude as well.
