Before Rod passed away, I had used them for years and years, and now I have had this happen at a couple different locations where it wasn't fixed the first time. I had to file a bbb complaint against them after I left four or five messages as the service manager and owner would not return my call to at least talk to me about adjusting my bill. They told me to never contact them again, and that is no problem. I'd freeze to death before I called them. The office clerk who answers the phone is rude as well.

Used a camera to look into all the vents and took before pics (yuck). Sean and team took an extraordinary amount of time and detail to clean every vent from opening to furnace, as they were far dirtier than either of us expected. Sean showed me the "after" pics and the vents/returns/pipes looked nearly brand new. I have to say, nearly immediately I noticed a diff in the air in the house. With in a day my symptoms subsided. I thought that was very rude. He didn't introduce himself or anything. Then he goes on to lecture me about smoking, and how he quit with laser treatment. This went on for about 10 minutes. All I asked was that the ducts get clean, and not a lecture. I also asked him for a receipt, and he said that he would e-mail me one. So I gave him my e-mail address, and I haven't seen it since we had the ducts done on 10/29/20. I find this very bad business, and will think about twice about using them again.

I am worse than the worst when it comes to being mortified of a house fire. Our furnace just stopped and when he got here, it turned back on and smelled like it was burning. Greg made sure we would be safe and warm. He was knowledgable, fast and super friendly. He had the part that was needed on his truck. I believe for the first time in days, I will be able to sleep tonight knowing we are safe and warm.

My furnace had gone out, in the winter of course, and I was panicked! I was referred to Fuson by a friend. They came out right away, much to my relief. He replaced one small part, charged me for the part and a nominal fee for his time, and that was it! I'm always broke, so I was over the moon at the low cost! I contacted Saulic Heating and Cooling and was able to schedule an appointment to receive an estimate very easily the same day which was Wednesday. Steve the owner came out the same day even after hours to give me an estimate.. I found his quote to be the reasonable. However the thing they offered was 10 years parts and 10 years labor warranty on the Amana units. He was the only one to offer 10 years labor. After discussion with my wife we decided to proceed forward with the installation. Since our unit was broken, we needed installed asap due to hot july weather. I contacted Steve and he said they can be out same Friday to install. He was the only one who was able to do it right away while everybody else was telling us to wait 2 weeks. When you have two small kids waiting is not an option. Once again kudos to Saulic's for prompt installation The installers who worked on our home were very professional and friendly. The installers spe nd time explaining everything what they were doing. He even point out why our other unit failed. The final result was a triumphant installation and a great new AC/Furnace combo. Saulic's definitely earn my business and would not be ashamed to highly recommend to my friends and family.

I made an appt about a week in advance, to look at a water leak dripping thru to our basement…read more Appt was for "noon-ish" with the promise of a call once they're on the way. They call around 10:30a, tell me that they're not going to be able to make the appt, the guy that was supposed to come will need to be at his other appt the entire day, that we may need to reschedule on a different day, but would call me either way. I said ok, but this isn't great because we reworked our work schedules to accommodate the appt. Fine, it is what it is. At 1p, they have a guy that can come, try to call me and only get voicemail, so they just send him over anyways. Since we hadn't heard anything for a couple hours, we had already jumped into other things, I was on a work call, etc. The service manager (Bob) couldn't understand why it matters - to not just show up at someone's home long after the appt you called to say you couldn't make. He literally tried to keep me on the phone, trying to debate this with me, while his plumber was in my home waiting to explain to me what he thought the issue was, and what needed to be done. I was like "we're on the clock, I've got your guy here now waiting to talk to me about what needs done, and I assume I'm paying for this time, so I'd like to talk to him about the job". Then he tells me that he wants me to commit to having them do the job or he's telling his guy to leave. I'm like, you're going to need to let me talk to him to understand what the scope is so that I know what I'm signing up for. I can't tell you til I have some idea of what the problem is or what needs done to fix it. Bob tells me, fine, he'll get off the phone to let me talk to the guy "for 10 minutes", and then he's calling his guy "in 10 minutes" to see what I have decided to do. The plumber (Ethan) and I have a rational conversation about what he thinks the issue is, options to repair, and the potential issues if it turns out to be other causes. Bottom line, here's the things I wish I knew about these folks: - the only appt they can truly confirm is the 1st one of the day, at 8a - every other apot is subject to being way early, or way late, and all depends on what they find at any other job before you Truly I don't understand why other folks can make appts, or give ranges they can commit to, but whatever...I just wish they told me this up front. Based on Bob, I'd have given 1 star, but moved it to 3 because Ethan was awesome, and really did a great job not on just the plumbing but also dealing with an upset customer. Thank you Ethan!

The guy broke his snake it got stuck in our pipe outside . We went to a hotel for the night. He Came back next day with another man form different company with camera. Found a lot of roots that broke the snake and were not cleaned first time around. Found the broken piece and removed it. Spent over 3 hours at $125 per guy! Bill was over $1200 ! After I fought them they reduced it to $450 Still it is outrageous considering it was their fault . I will not use them again ever...
