Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

I called Bob's and he said he would come out and diagnose it for me as soon as possible. He sent his awesome professional tech Eric out and he diagnosed a broken heating element. Seeing as my furnace was an older model I was not surprised to learn that parts were scarce for this older model now. I did go ahead and get a new Broan electric furnace at a very reasonable cost installed by Bob's. Eric is a very knowledgeable tech and installed the unit within a few hours. Now I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty with Bob...and have 10 years peace of mind. I highly recommend Bob's as he has been in business 50 years and knows his stuff and SPECIALIZES IN MOBILE HOME FURNACES AND COOLING. Most HVAC service companies charge a Service Call fee when they show up. Bob DOES NOT. He is strictly parts and labor only....no service call fees. I highly recommend him and he services a wide area here in Ohio. Please CALL him (no Texts please) 24/7 and he will answer and schedule your repair ASAP...no waiting for days for someone to show up.

I encourage you to see my review of them on Yelp and read how terribly I was let down and overcharged by AtoZoff and their low IQ techs. But thankfully a friend recommended CHIPPEWA. Dale, the owner, came out to my home. I was impressed by his intelligence, his knowledge, and his focused determination to solve my problem. His array of diagnostic tools and the way he handled them was far superior to the stupidity and incompetence exhibited by AtoZoff. My furnace had either failed to produce heat or when it did, once it reached the desired setting, it failed to hold the temperature which meant the temperature would plunge. I endured this through September and October. I put off calling because AtoZoff had taken so much money from me, $400 and doing essentially nothing.. But it was a happy day when Dale came. He discovered the cause: the pressure switch had gone bad. Dale is pleasant and his price was fair at $233.00. I say, don't hesitate to call him.
