Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

I then called a separate company who sent someone out that night and was able to locate the filter that connects the house plumbing to the septic (which Wilson plumbing said she did not have) and remove a clog in a drain that was supposedly just done, for 300.00.
