I encourage you to see my review of them on Yelp and read how terribly I was let down and overcharged by AtoZoff and their low IQ techs. But thankfully a friend recommended CHIPPEWA. Dale, the owner, came out to my home. I was impressed by his intelligence, his knowledge, and his focused determination to solve my problem. His array of diagnostic tools and the way he handled them was far superior to the stupidity and incompetence exhibited by AtoZoff. My furnace had either failed to produce heat or when it did, once it reached the desired setting, it failed to hold the temperature which meant the temperature would plunge. I endured this through September and October. I put off calling because AtoZoff had taken so much money from me, $400 and doing essentially nothing.. But it was a happy day when Dale came.
