I called him out to my home to get a quote for a new furnace and ac unit. He was on time, polite, and genuine. He took a genuine interest in our life and our needs (became obvious on his next visit 5mths later when he came to upkeep our old unit we almost replaced. He asked for updates on life events we shared on his last visit ) He looked at our set up and was very reassuring as we had more life out of our furnace! I encourage you to see my review of them on Yelp and read how terribly I was let down and overcharged by AtoZoff and their low IQ techs. But thankfully a friend recommended CHIPPEWA. Dale, the owner, came out to my home. I was impressed by his intelligence, his knowledge, and his focused determination to solve my problem. His array of diagnostic tools and the way he handled them was far superior to the stupidity and incompetence exhibited by AtoZoff. My furnace had either failed to produce heat or when it did, once it reached the desired setting, it failed to hold the temperature which meant the temperature would plunge. I endured this through September and October. I put off calling because AtoZoff had taken so much money from me, $400 and doing essentially nothing.. But it was a happy day when Dale came. He discovered the cause: the pressure switch had gone bad. Dale is pleasant and his price was fair at $233.00. I say, don't hesitate to call him.
