Jeff picked up the phone right away, asked some simple questions that inspired me to open up my leaky washer and identify the parts that needed replacing. I called him back the next day, told him the parts that need replacing and he came over the following day with replacements. Unlike the other place where they replaced the parts and left (and it kept on leaking), Jeff went through a long post-service diagnostic to make sure the washer wasn't leaking after the parts were installed. It's not well advertised, but his service and parts are guaranteed for 1 year! He was more expensive than the other place but he replaced more parts and did more to ensure it was a good fix.
