They said that they would be there in 1.5 to 2 hours. At the two hour mark, I tried to call VW to ask for an ETA. The call went to voicemail and was told that the mailbox was full. I then called Allstate to ask if they could get an update. Allstate told me that they had just spoke to the company and that the driver was already on his way and would be at my location in 20 minutes. After another hour of waiting, I called Allstate back and they told me that VW wasn't answering either of the phone numbers that they had. Another tow company was dispatched to help me. That truck arrived in 30 minutes. VW never showed up or called to cancel.
