The experience was Great, Rigo kept clear communication with myself and my Son, he's Very Knowledgeable, Pleasant to work with, and Very Friendly. Rigo is Very Helpful and made the entire experience Pleasant and completely Stress Free. We are Grateful for the way the Team pulled together to make this happen in such a timely manner, and we are looking forward to returning soon to purchase another Quality Vehicle at a Great Price. Working with Rigo, felt like I was working with Family. From beginning to end, Rigo left no questions unanswered and treated the Vehicle like it was his own, he's obviously passionate about what he does and takes Pride in his work, it's easy to see. Thank You Rigo, we look forward to seeing you soon. Very Respectfully, Reyes, Robert

I'm in the market a new used car looking to buy within the next week or so, I've been on the hunt I…read morelike Toyotas and I am a big fan of the C-HR. I was super excited when I found this car, but calling the dealership took any joy out of the entire experience. I found a 2019 Toyota C-HR listed around $15.5k on Carfax and tracked it down to this dealership. I called in to ask a few basic questions before making the trip. From the start, the tone was off. I was told they were "very busy," which I understood and even offered to call back, but was told to continue anyway. I spoke with Chris, who came across as dismissive throughout the call. During the conversation, he asked where I was located. I provided both my city and zip code, and he responded with "no, I said city," even though I had already clearly given it. It felt unnecessarily rude and set the tone for the rest of the interaction. Throughout the call, he also spoke in a way that made it feel like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase the car, rather than actually helping a potential customer. When I asked for an out-the-door price (a standard question as a serious buyer), I was quoted nearly $3,500 more than the listing and told they "don't like to give out-the-door prices" because those customers don't usually buy. I was also told they prioritize customers physically in front of them. As someone ready to purchase, I'm not willing to drive in without knowing if we're even close on price. The lack of transparency, combined with the tone of the conversation, made the experience feel unprofessional and not customer-focused. To be fair, the advertised pricing itself seems competitive compared to the market. However, the communication and unwillingness to provide clear numbers upfront made me decide to look elsewhere. I'd recommend others confirm full pricing and expectations before visiting.

This review is specifically for the service department…read more I've been coming here for quite some time, and working with Miguel has truly made all the difference. Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

I have never been so disappointed or disgusted with a dealership…read more First off let me say I am a young-ish tattooed male and I like wearing tank tops. I understand I don't look like the regular customer there but that shouldn't matter. I couldn't get one salesman to help me, not a single one. I shouldn't have to show them photos of my house or my 4 other cars to be taken seriously. Years ago my grandfather (Ignacio Bruno) showed up after work in his uniform to buy a car for grandma. They laughed at him and asked what he possibly wanted (referring to his dirty uniform, ignorant to the fact he owned the company he had patched on his shoulders.) He laughed and walked across the lot to the Jaguar dealership and bought TWO cars cash on the spot (gramps only dealt in $100s). He and my dad drove them to the HOI and told the salesmen they should have taken him seriously. Thought maybe they learned a lesson. Apparently not. I stopped going there a year ago. Today I get very rude, very snide texts from the House of Imports because I didn't want the unnecessary appointment they were trying to make for me. Not a good look....maybe it's time for a Jaguar?

Rich, I believe, was our dealer and we had a great experience with him (sorry for all the silliness!). He walked us through the whole process, then connected us to the Tesla app to finish our application. By noon the next day, our car was already ready! Everyone here is very friendly and nice. Never has getting a new car felt so easy. And already in love with my new Tesla. I was nervous to drive it at first, but it is very easy to drive. Best of all, no more high priced gas to put in!

After an inspection, I was informed that the issue was due to the axles needing lubrication. Despite the car being relatively new, I was told this is considered a "maintenance item" and is not covered under warranty. The final bill was **$500 just for axle lubrication**. Charging half a grand for a basic lubrication service is absolutely predatory and reinforces the worst stereotypes about dealership service costs. As a result of this experience, Tesla has officially lost a repeat customer. With the current market full of competitive EV manufacturers, there is no reason to stay loyal to a brand that rips off its owners for routine maintenance. I feel completely overcharged and undervalued as a client. **Avoid this service center if you value fair pricing.**
