Very nice and welcoming took a look at my cars condition before leaving it with him and then paid before leaving. They have a separate cashier office. There is plenty of places to sit couches inside and sitting outside. I opted to drop off and pick up later. Zack called when it was ready and it took about 3 hours. I don't have the before pictures but I haven't had a full detail on my car since I got it 2 years ago. So, it was definitely needed. However this past Sunday, my car needed an oil change and I was going to be in the area, so I decided to stop in. When I drove in, it was completely empty which was nice, as I was seen right away. Service was very quick and friendly as in the past. My newer car does require a higher quality oil, and it is definitely pricier here than the previous place I'd been going to. But Valvoline is great because they're usually pretty fast and you don't have to leave your car.
