On October 20, 2025, I received a delivery of a horizon treadmill. I had placed the order with white glove service and stated that I had one flight of stairs that needed to be navigated. Up to one flight of stairs is within the services listed on the Horizon website. The delivery staff did the best that they could with the skills and information that they had. The delivery drivers did not know that this was a white glove delivery, and thought that they were going to just deliver the 350 pound boxed treadmill in the driveway. When I explained what the service was that I had paid for, they were polite and professional in their interaction with me. The only device that the drivers had to help them move the 350 pound box treadmill was a furniture dolly. They were only able to use the furniture dolly to wheel the device down the sidewalk and up part of the driveway. They had no information that there were stairs involved in this delivery. They had no ergonomic devices to assist with safely carrying such a heavy load down a flight of stairs. They unboxed the device and carried it in parts down the stairs. The heaviest piece includes the motor and the board for the treadmill, and probably weighs at least 200 pounds, quite possibly more. The drivers delivered and assembled the treadmill as requested. I am highly concerned that the driver who was carrying the heavy motor end of the treadmill could have injured his back during the delivery. This review is meant also to be instructive to rocket delivery. I have three questions that I hope our beneficial for business practices going forward. 1. How are details of delivery instructions received by rocket delivery from the vendor and communicated to the drivers, especially for white glove delivery and deliveries that involves stairs? 2. What standard material handling equipment is provided to delivery staff? 3. Are staff trained to assess the delivery location and give a go - no go decision? The drivers did not come and see the full extent of the delivery before moving the treadmill off the truck. This should have been a no go with a plan to obtain appropriate material handling equipment to complete the delivery on another day.

It just gets worse every day, now they have a huge dumpster outside that they craaaaaaaaankkkkkkkkkkkkk open and then SLAM closed 100 times a day. The security guards like to have a joint late at night with the drivers, so they do try and chill out late, but the grinding and screeching oft he semi trucks never stops. And the owner is not nice, he sees us as low income, high density, not worthy, and so we don't need a good nights sleep, or to be able to speak in our own homes without yelling to be heard. I beg of you to not use this company UNTIL the owner RELOCATES TO AN INDUSTRIAL ZONED AREA, away from homes, our vehicles, our school bus stops, and allow emergency responders and others to use the road too.

She was desperate to try to find a way to get rid of it not only to be able to use her apartment but the size and 90lb weight restricted her ability to move it. I did some desperate google searches and Yelp reviews at what would be closing or after closing hours for the area. Teresa made it work and her driver offered to pick it up within the hour. Bully? Intimidate? Me. He stared me down, driving side by side with me. When I slowed down to let him get ahead, he slammed on his brakes to stay beside me! Eventually he floored it and sped away (easily doing 55-60 MPH). This driver is dangerous and doesn't deserve to be on the road, representing your company!
