I can't say enough good things about Big Shot Junk Removal & Hauling…read more I was in a bit of a bind after finding a washer from a private seller located about 20 minutes away. I needed someone who could pick it up, deliver it to my house, uninstall my old washer, install the new one, and haul away the old one. Basically, I needed the whole thing handled from start to finish. Hakim was incredibly attentive and responsive. He communicated throughout the process, showed up exactly when he said he would, and made what felt like a complicated logistics puzzle completely stress-free. What really stood out was his professionalism and reliability. It's one thing to offer hauling services, but it's another thing entirely to coordinate pickup, transportation, appliance removal, installation, and disposal seamlessly. He handled every step with care and attention to detail. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and honestly way easier than I expected. It's rare these days to find someone who is both highly capable and genuinely pleasant to work with, but Hakim checks both boxes. If you need hauling, junk removal, appliance pickup and delivery, or even help with a move, I'd absolutely recommend Big Shot Junk Removal & Hauling. I'll definitely be calling Hakim again for future moving and hauling projects. Thanks again for making a potentially stressful situation so easy!
