Skylar was so kind and helpful when setting me up for an appointment with Quinn, who has done my hair before. I got super lucky to snag some time with Quinn! The shop is so cute and such a warm and welcoming space. Everything feels clean and well taken care of. I also truly feel safe at Hair Hero to be myself without judgment. Skylar washed my hair while Quinn finished up on another client and I'll be very honest I wish I could hire her to wash my hair every day. She was gentle and thorough and it was wonderful! Quinn spent a very comfortable amount of time asking me what I wanted, talking with me about my hair, how much I really wanted to cut off, and making sure I was fully ready and on board - I appreciate this so much! The salon is in a converted Victorian house that is cozy, comfortable and classy.
