There was a long line but it moved quickly. I got the $15 executive wash since it had been so long since my last wash. They are still giving out the dashboard wipes, so the previous review about that is no longer correct. The people who scrubbed my car did a good job and were pretty thorough. The car wash did turn off about 3/4 of my way through but it turned back on after about a minute so it was fine. When the wash was over they towel-dried my car and did a great job. No streaks or missed spots! All in all this is a great deal! If you aren't looking for a perfect shine with absolutely no dirt left then this is well worth the low price. I'll certainly be coming back whenever I need my car washed again.

The card machine is terrible, you have to swipe like 10 times for it to go through once. the business also does a terrible job of explaining what you're paying for. After swiping my card 10 times, it finally goes through and water starts spraying. I had enough time to pressure wash the outside of my tesla model 3, and cover half the car in foam. then the machine turns off. i get a notification from the bank that i got charged $10 at the car wash. now my car is half covered in soap so i pay again and finish covering my car in soap, and rinse it off. Took maybe 30 more seconds. i try to turn off the pump early so i don't get charged the whole $10 again but even if you change the knob to off the timer still counts down like you're still using it. so i ended up getting charged $20 for maybe using the water and soap for maybe 3 minutes and 30 seconds. So I called the car wash from my van and NO ONE ANSWERED, just got a recording that suggested their website for any inquiries. At long last (pushing 10 minutes) a guy finally came up and asked if anyone had spoken to me yet. I told him no, and could I simply drive out. He said yes, but there was a mishap and I almost steered my wheels out of the track, and another guy pounded on my window so violently that I was almost in tears when I was free at last. A brand-new car should NOT come out of a car wash looking like it's been through years of neglect. The most infuriating part is how this business has handled the situation. Instead of standing behind their service and making things right, they have refused to take accountability for the damage. I paid to have my car cleaned--not to have the paint damaged. Now I'm left dealing with damage to a brand-new vehicle and the expense and frustration that comes with trying to correct it. The customer service and lack of accountability have been just as disappointing as the wash itself. If you care about your vehicle, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would strongly advise anyone with a new or nice vehicle to stay away from this place. There are plenty of businesses that understand how to properly care for a vehicle. Unfortunately, this is clearly not one of them. Never again. I regret bringing my car here and wish I had gone literally anywhere else. I wouldn't even give it 1 star
