I've never got any car I've ever owned detailed over the past 30 years. I've just done the cleaning myself. After Ryan was finished with our car I realized I've really been missing out on keeping my cars fresh and new. Excellent work, and really nice and good dude.

I figured this would be an easy job. He shampooed all my carpets as he said my spot cleaning would only take a few minutes and I was paying for the service. He also polished my lights. I payed for both services. unfortunately, the rancid smell in my car was only made worse. I called him to see if he could come back and just work on that one spot. When I spoke to him on the phone, he said he would need to call his other client to verify the time and then will get back to me. He never got back to me, so I called him twice with no answer. I even sent a text message reassuring him that I am willing to pay him AGAIN to spot clean my car, still no answer. I am very disappointed in the work and also disappointed in his work ethic. I think if someone is hired to do a job and it is not done well it should be done again especially if the client is willing to pay. Work ethic is important. If this is remedied, I will update my Feedback.

Chris held his quote from 8 months ago which I appreciated. He gave me a entry level package deal which seemed reasonable. I was amazed with what he did with a black trim bringing it back to almost new and did a good job with the headlights clearing them up. My only gripe is I wish he was more thorough with restoring the black trim. There are a lot of spotty misses and not complete areas. I realize its a 2002 CRV and maybe I was asking for too much with the price given but I would have been ok if he needed to increase the price and called to say the overall job was taking longer than what was quoted. I wish I had gone over things more thoroughly with him on what to expect. Photo 1 of 4 Photo 2 of 4 Photo 3 of 4 Photo 4 of 4
