He sources all the components from local spots, and displays it for you to see, I love being able to support 10 local small businesses by just grabbing a bowl of the best damn Ramen in Michigan. I've had each menu item aside from the veggie Ramen, and all of it has been super flavorful and savory, the veg is always fresh, and the pork, despite being surrounded by perfectly cooked veggies and swimming in broth, still stands out like a champ. There is no way you try this and say it's not great. Full Send is currently occupying the front area of Coin Slot, it's a standard food truck scenario, walk up order, grab your pager, BUT you can kill the whopping 5-6 mins it's going to take by playing some pinball 10 steps away while you wait! But my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the Pho (we both got diff ones- the beef and chicken). It was clean, had lots of tables (not the most stroller friendly as tables are close together), and plenty of parking. The eggrolls were the only disappointing dish as they gave a measly amount of 2! C'mon! At least give 4! We would definitely come back next time we visit Traverse City!!

The menu has changed, per the waitstaff and manger, and one of the original owners has left. The fried chicken appetizer is now a glaze instead of the delicious crunchy dry rub and much smaller portions. All the portions were smaller which I could understand, but the quality of the dishes is not even close to the original. The prices have also increased. The waitstaff is still amazing and trying to accommodate, but my first suspicion was being able to get a reservation after 5:00 during the summer. Should have known.
