So, I needed 2 stalls for my father and I, we proceeded to fill out proper sign in info then was granted range access, after entering the what was supposed to be climate controlled indoor range, IT TURN OUT TO BE A HUMID STEAM ROOM!! We plinked around 40 rounds and that was it, we were DONE! I exited the range room and proceeded to ask the "only" employee for the manager for which she stated was herself,,,, OK, what is going on with the climate controlled air conditioning and ventilation??? she said it's been broken for about a month!!! REALLY!!!??? And didn't specify that to us before taking our info and monies!!! We were literally pouring in sweat and insisted a refund and we'll be on our way, she replied NO! Ok, I didn't want to argue with ignorance and lack of business savvy so we exited and we will Never look back. Keep telling us that he had many customers buying from him and he don't need money and told us that there is no discounts so don't ask for discount. We had a very negative energy and bad experience. The couple that owns the shop however, is a totally different story. They are only friendly with some customers. If you don't look like them, you probably aren't getting the friendly treatment and you will be ignored for a while until eventually they have no choice other than address you. They want to sell everything at MSRP and complain about anyone looking for a good market price. They will literally scold you if something doesn't go their way. If at least they were truly nice to all customers and actually friendly and reasonable, then this last part would be no big deal, but they aren't so it doesn't help that they have a large warehouse, yet the customer section is a tiny ugly showroom that looks like it's run by a 90 year old that lost their will to keep an organized and well presented store front. To the owners, would it kill you to greet everyone when they come into your store? Almost every time I go, you ignore me. I have literally stood there for five minutes and you have to buzz everyone into that tiny front lobby. Sometimes when the place is empty you actually say hello, but even then you just ignore me and I actually buy stuff from you or at least I used to until got tired of everything stated above.
