Rudest guy behind the counter. Went in there with a basic question, an the guy told me "I'm not here to teach you how to assemble your weapon there's YouTube for that". Never going back. Moti is a great guy. He will take the time to make sure you understand what you are buying and provides honest advice if you're unsure. Understand gun shops are NOT toy stores. You should do significant research, spend time at a range shooting weapons that suit your intended purpose before going to "look" at weapons. On my experience of purchasing my 1911 Colt Government Competition .45ACP from Gallery of Guns through this gun shop I can say that the process was quick and a good price on the fees actually better tha other gun shop that I've been before. I was attended by the owner and to be honest I felt very comfortable they are very nice people it's like a family business so while doing my background check by the way it was fast I was talking to the owner for a bit and he seems to be a nice guy and very honest he looks like a tough guy and he probably is all these guys that owns gun shops are they have to but at the same time he was very polite and he will answer any question or concerns. To me on my way to thinking as a former law inforcement Officer and former business owner if I get a service like this on a small family business I preferred to go to these places and spend the money there rather than a big rich company. When I receive an email from Gallery of guns saying that the gun arrived I called the owner to hold it for me because all this thing with the coronavirus what's going on and they were trying to close all these gun shop and I was working and I didn't have the time at that moment to go and pick it up and he told me..." don't worry about it it is safe here I will hold it for you until you're ready with no penalty or fees" and probably in other places they will tell me that I have only 30 days or 10 or 15 and after that they will charge me but he didn't and the good thing about it is when you call the store he always answer right away no one else just him so you are dealing straight we the owner. The store is a small, however very well stocked gun and supply store. The owner is knowledgable and friendly. You can tell while speaking with him that he isn't just in the business to sell guns. His biggest concern over sales is safety and that gun owners are educated on the purchases they make. He also shared that he teaches gun safety and how to use a gun properly. I learned while speaking with him that he uses discretion on whom he sells a gun too as well. He will not sell to anyone under the age of 21. He has a sign for this as well as we discussed it. All times I found him to be friendly and welcoming, and we engaged in nice small talk while my background check paperwork was being processed. Was driving by, saw the store And decided to make a U-turn and stop by, walked in the store and I was very nice and respectful. Once I open the door I said "hey how are you doing" the man behind the counter had a stone face without any smile and his first question was "how old are you are are you old enough to be here?" I tell him I'm 22. He says "let me see your ID" so I give it to him. After that initial greeting that was so rude made me not want to purchase anything from these people. I took it look around and after browsing there very little yet horrible selection I decided to leave. The owner is knowledgeable and fair. Shop is super tiny compare to other mega gun shop in south Florida, but you get personal service instead. Photos listed on the Yelp is probably good example of what MASA carriers and readily available. MASA seems getting new items added constantly and deliveries always comes in (as he always tell me, he's in business of making sales and moving merchandise.) For something special that need to be ordered, the owner would quickly do the research, order at the spot, and have it ready when he said it would be ready (with FBI background check abc cleared). His paperwork is usually very organized and gives you assurance he does things by the book to make sure the buyer and seller won't get in trouble.) MASA firearms is a great place to do business. Their firearms pricing is excellent and selection is very good for a small retailer. They were happy to let me compare several different handguns and provided sound advice on the pluses and minuses of each. Davidson's (their wholesale supplier) provides a lifetime replacement guarantee on their firearms. There are many other gun shops closer to where I live, but I find this store well worth the trip. I did an FFL transfer through MASA firearms and was told that it would come to $25 + $8 for the background check when I talked to them over the phone. When I went to go pick up my product, the transfer rang up at $56. I explained to him that I was told $33 over the phone and he just kept telling me that it's $56. He also tried to sell me re-manufactured ammunition as NEW. This guy (owner) is shady and will try and rip you off. STAY AWAY. read more

I stop by today to look at some guns, to give my business to a local shop but instead I was told by the old man there which I think is the owner pretty much that if I wasn't ready to buy a gun to come back later!!!! Really?? its that the way you treat a potential good customer?? I wanted to put the gun in my hand to have a feel for it and see how it would feel on my hand. The fact that Thomas Gucciardi states in one of his videos that he is good friends with Matt Adika the son and co-owner should raise an eyebrow as Thomas is a very dishosest businessman who is swindling his customers at armory express and weapons education. To answer your question, I paid $589 before tax and fees, and it was supposedly on sale. This was in Jan 2014, when most places advertised around $525 ( including even you ... online) for the same exact gun. My fault for not doing my homework first and making an impulse buy.
