Moti is a great guy. He will take the time to make sure you understand what you are buying and provides honest advice if you're unsure. Understand gun shops are NOT toy stores. You should do significant research, spend time at a range shooting weapons that suit your intended purpose before going to "look" at weapons. In other words before going to buy, you should already have your choices narrowed down. If you're thinking that the purpose of all guns is the same, you're simply not ready to consider owning a firearm. Do your research. There is no substitute. Then go see Moti. read more

Called to ask if a gunsmith was available. Answer: whattya need? It was about an external safety not working properly. Answer: so don't use it. Truly an ass hole from the start. read more

Was getting my car serviced next door. I'm a gun enthusiast, so I'm always looking for a good range or knowledgeable retail providers. Rude customer service! Poor selection! Lots of better providers in the area! Don't waste your time on this place! read more

A very nice and organized shop for its size. Carries a good variety of options and ammunition. He was even unpacking a bit when i arrived my first time. The owner is very knowledgeable in any questions I had and it went very smooth. read more

Rudest guy behind the counter. Went in there with a basic question, an the guy told me "I'm not here to teach you how to assemble your weapon there's YouTube for that". Never going back. Went to another local gun shop an the guy explained it in less then a minute. "Feel free to stop in and have a chat with one of us. We are here to answer any questions and make sure you have the proper attitude, skills and knowledge to safely own and use a firearm" Yeah right! Look elsewhere for any of your gun related needs. This guy is annoyed that you bothered to stop by his store. read more

Owner is a price gouging POS! I went in to buy 5.56/.223 ammo on a Friday morning. Despite the pandemic, owner comes to the counter biting his fingernails and tells me the prices on his ammo which were 50% higher than everyone both online and brick and mortar. Never again will I step foot in this store. read more

On my experience of purchasing my 1911 Colt Government Competition .45ACP from Gallery of Guns through this gun shop I can say that the process was quick and a good price on the fees actually better tha other gun shop that I've been before. I was attended by the owner and to be honest I felt very comfortable they are very nice people it's like a family business so while doing my background check by the way it was fast I was talking to the owner for a bit and he seems to be a nice guy and very honest he looks like a tough guy and he probably is all these guys that owns gun shops are they have to but at the same time he was very polite and he will answer any question or concerns. To me on my way to thinking as a former law inforcement Officer and former business owner if I get a service like this on a small family business I preferred to go to these places and spend the money there rather than a big rich company. When I receive an email from Gallery of guns saying that the gun arrived I called the owner to hold it for me because all this thing with the coronavirus what's going on and they were trying to close all these gun shop and I was working and I didn't have the time at that moment to go and pick it up and he told me..." don't worry about it it is safe here I will hold it for you until you're ready with no penalty or fees" and probably in other places they will tell me that I have only 30 days or 10 or 15 and after that they will charge me but he didn't and the good thing about it is when you call the store he always answer right away no one else just him so you are dealing straight we the owner. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. read more

The store is a small, however very well stocked gun and supply store. The owner is knowledgable and friendly. You can tell while speaking with him that he isn't just in the business to sell guns. His biggest concern over sales is safety and that gun owners are educated on the purchases they make. He also shared that he teaches gun safety and how to use a gun properly. I learned while speaking with him that he uses discretion on whom he sells a gun too as well. He will not sell to anyone under the age of 21. He has a sign for this as well as we discussed it. Though it may frustrate some, to me it seems like he is providing a favor. I respect this in a business owner, especially when it comes to guns. read more

I ordered a firearm online and had it shipped here. FFL transfer was fast and seamless. Owner is personable and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more

I've done limited business with Moti- bought some ammo and picked up guns which I bought online and had delivered to his store for pickup. All times I found him to be friendly and welcoming, and we engaged in nice small talk while my background check paperwork was being processed. Each time my gun came in I got a call from him to let me know it was available for pickup. I believe in supporting small local businesses and this one has earned my trust. read more

The owner is knowledgeable and fair. Shop is super tiny compare to other mega gun shop in south Florida, but you get personal service instead. Photos listed on the Yelp is probably good example of what MASA carriers and readily available. MASA seems getting new items added constantly and deliveries always comes in (as he always tell me, he's in business of making sales and moving merchandise.) For something special that need to be ordered, the owner would quickly do the research, order at the spot, and have it ready when he said it would be ready (with FBI background check abc cleared). His paperwork is usually very organized and gives you assurance he does things by the book to make sure the buyer and seller won't get in trouble.) I would recommend the place, whether it's your first gun or #20. read more

Was driving by, saw the store And decided to make a U-turn and stop by, walked in the store and I was very nice and respectful. Once I open the door I said "hey how are you doing" the man behind the counter had a stone face without any smile and his first question was "how old are you are are you old enough to be here?" I tell him I'm 22. He says "let me see your ID" so I give it to him. After that initial greeting that was so rude made me not want to purchase anything from these people. I took it look around and after browsing there very little yet horrible selection I decided to leave. Once I start to leave I told the man, "Have a nice day" and his response was "mhm" Never coming back here again, this isn't how a local business should treat first time customers that want to shop in their store. they won't be having my business with that attitude! read more

MASA firearms is a great place to do business. Their firearms pricing is excellent and selection is very good for a small retailer. They were happy to let me compare several different handguns and provided sound advice on the pluses and minuses of each. Davidson's (their wholesale supplier) provides a lifetime replacement guarantee on their firearms. There are many other gun shops closer to where I live, but I find this store well worth the trip. Note: I am an experienced shooter and not easy to impress! Devon D., Pompano Beach, FL read more

I went in to the shop recently and met the owner. Moti Adika. He helped me with my questions. I look forward to doing more business with him in the future. Thanks Moti read more

Nice family owned business. Owner is kind, helpful and patient. Price was the same as others nearby.

I did an FFL transfer through MASA firearms and was told that it would come to $25 + $8 for the background check when I talked to them over the phone. When I went to go pick up my product, the transfer rang up at $56. I explained to him that I was told $33 over the phone and he just kept telling me that it's $56. He also tried to sell me re-manufactured ammunition as NEW. This guy (owner) is shady and will try and rip you off. STAY AWAY. read more

Great guys, great selection. My only complaint is that I wish you were closer to Boca! With that being said, it only takes me about 20 minutes to get there from Boca, they are literally right off the Sawgrass. Don't let the distance deter you, its worth the drive. read more

Looking to purchase my first firearm and this place was terrible. The older gentleman almost seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. He was dismissive of any questions I asked and was blatantly rude. The customer service was terrible and has ensured that I will never return for any future service. The old man is rude; he doesn't let you touch the guns because they will break..... Please.... Guns are made to be tough, so if you don't want me to get a feel of the gun I want to buy then I will take my business somewhere else. It's a shame because I like to deal with local business!!!! read more

I have been doing business with many firearms retailers over the years and when i found this store i really felt and experienced a different level of knowledge and service from what i used to at the other locations. Very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased firearms from Masa several times and all where fair and reasonable. They carry the best and always maintain fair and reasonable pricing. Excellent customer service, great prices, top notch equipment and always a great source for information about the gun laws. Thank you guys at Masa Firearm for having a great and honest business front. read more

Very Nasty Bastard of an owner! He forgot to park his Isralie ass at the front door. Very knowledgeable in his craft but scared by the war. Huge availability, best prices, even by $2 dollars. (claim to fame). Know what your looking for before entering this establishment, he will challenge you! Honestly, my kind of guy! He gave me an education and now I have a better feel for my needs. If you can deal with his lack of patience and lack of professionalism, this is the place to take your business. read more

I purchased a firearm from Monti ,I received a great price and excellent service.I would recommend to a friend

I stop by today to look at some guns, to give my business to a local shop but instead I was told by the old man there which I think is the owner pretty much that if I wasn't ready to buy a gun to come back later!!!! Really?? its that the way you treat a potential good customer?? I wanted to put the gun in my hand to have a feel for it and see how it would feel on my hand. Most of every one out there wants to see, touch and have a feel for what they are buying, specially something that can cost over $300.00. I will definitely not come back to Masa Firearms, I will rather give my business to Accurate Arms, or for a bigger selection I will drive to Lou's Police supply in Miami where both of these gun shops WILL LET YOU TOUCH WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!!!!!! read more

The fact that Thomas Gucciardi states in one of his videos that he is good friends with Matt Adika the son and co-owner should raise an eyebrow as Thomas is a very dishosest businessman who is swindling his customers at armory express and weapons education. It is not known how many customers Thomas Gucciardi has swindledas of yet, but Matt should choose his friends more carefully. It is a bad reflection on his business. read more

some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I went in to buy a rifle and when I didn't see what i was looking for, I asked if they had it. the man replied, "Come back when you know what you want, I don't like having my time wasted." I went in there with all intent to make a purchase but after such a rude experience I will never go back. and the saddest part was that the man that helped me was the OWNER. hands down the worst gun shop i have ever been to. read more

To answer your question, I paid $589 before tax and fees, and it was supposedly on sale. This was in Jan 2014, when most places advertised around $525 ( including even you ... online) for the same exact gun. My fault for not doing my homework first and making an impulse buy. A Glock is a Glock no matter where you buy it, it's not the same as comparing vegetables from Walmart and Publix. read more
