My instructor was Jay. He was very knowledgeable and amiable and he made the 2.5 hours pass by quickly. I thought he did a good job going over Florida statutes, important safety tips and the profound responsibility concealed carriers have. Jay has extensive experience in the field, so you're probably not going to find a better person to teach you the ins and outs of concealed carry. They also offer pistol and self defense courses which I am definitely thinking about doing. Overall five stars. Definitely recommended.
